神的道是活泼的，是有功效的，比一切两刃的剑更快，甚至魂与灵，骨节与骨髓，都能刺入、剖开，连心中的思念和主意都能辨明。

耶稣回答说：“你是以色列人的先生，还不明白这事吗？

约翰看见许多法利赛人和撒都该人也来受洗，就对他们说：“毒蛇的种类！谁指示你们逃避将来的忿怒呢？

使人明白箴言和譬喻，懂得智慧人的言词和谜语。

到了牧长显现的时候，你们必得那永不衰残的荣耀冠冕。

但他的弓仍旧坚硬；他的手健壮敏捷。这是因以色列的牧者，以色列的磐石，就是雅各的大能者。

但愿赐平安的神，就是那凭永约之血、使群羊的大牧人、我主耶稣从死里复活的神，

现在耶和华我们的神暂且施恩与我们，给我们留些逃脱的人，使我们安稳如钉子钉在他的圣所，我们的神好光照我们的眼目，使我们在受辖制之中稍微复兴。
