耶和华啊！我是你的仆人，是你的仆人，是你婢女的儿子。你除去了我的锁链。

耶和华说：“追求公义、寻求我的人啊，听我说。你们要追想那磐石，你们是从那里被凿出来的；你们要追想那岩穴，你们是从那里被挖出来的。你们要追想你们的祖先亚伯拉罕和生你们的撒拉。我呼召亚伯拉罕的时候，他是孤身一人，但我赐福给他，使他子孙众多。

祂苦他们所苦，亲自拯救他们。祂本着慈爱和怜悯救赎了他们，自古以来一直扶持、照顾他们。

因此，你们要记住，从前按照肉体来说你们是外族人，那些肉体上受过人手所行割礼的以色列人称你们为“没有受过割礼的”。那时，你们与基督无关，又不是以色列人，在上帝应许的诸约上是局外人，你们活在世上没有盼望，没有上帝。

有哪个神明像你们的上帝耶和华那样在埃及当着你们的面降灾祸、行神迹奇事、兴起战争、伸出臂膀、施展大能的手、以伟大而可畏的作为拯救一族脱离异邦？耶和华行这样的事，是要叫你们知道祂是上帝，除祂以外，别无他神。祂让你们听见祂从天上来的声音，好教导你们，又在地上让你们看见祂的烈火，并听见祂在烈火中说的话。因为祂爱你们的祖先，所以拣选你们，亲自用大能把你们从埃及领出来，

主耶稣为我们牺牲自己，要救赎我们脱离一切罪恶，并洁净我们，使我们做祂的子民，成为热心行善的人。

要把我们从仇敌手中拯救出来，使我们一生一世在圣洁和公义中坦然无惧地事奉祂。
