Observe them carefully, for this will show your wisdom and understanding to the nations, who will hear about all these decrees and say,“ Surely this great nation is a wise and understanding people.”

Be careful to keep them. That will show the nations how wise and understanding you are. They will hear about all these rules. They’ll say,“ That great nation certainly has wise and understanding people.”

Keep them and do them, for that will be your wisdom and your understanding in the sight of the peoples, who, when they hear all these statutes, will say,‘ Surely this great nation is a wise and understanding people.’

Obey them completely, and you will display your wisdom and intelligence among the surrounding nations. When they hear all these decrees, they will exclaim,‘ How wise and prudent are the people of this great nation!’

Carefully follow them, for this will show your wisdom and understanding in the eyes of the peoples. When they hear about all these statutes, they will say,‘ This great nation is indeed a wise and understanding people.’

So keep and do them, for that is your wisdom and your understanding in the sight of the peoples who will hear all these statutes and say,‘ Surely this great nation is a wise and understanding people.’

Therefore be careful to observe them; for this is your wisdom and your understanding in the sight of the peoples who will hear all these statutes, and say,‘ surely this great nation is a wise and understanding people.’

寅畏耶和華則智慧、守其命令則聰明兮、榮光恆存兮、

因以曉人曰、寅畏上帝、即智慧、革去諸惡、即聰明。

爾自幼識聖經、因而有智、信基督耶穌得救、

其箴曰、寅畏耶和華、是為智之本、愚魯者流、藐視道學、

天下列王。聞所羅門智慧、遣其民人、願聽聞焉。

爾中若有睿智特識、則必以溫柔智慧、彰其善行、

耶和華兮、其律全備、可以蘇困兮、其法真實、可以破愚兮、

我今指天地以立證、我以生命死亡、純嘏咒詛、置於爾前、爾簡生命、俾得爾生、爰及子孫。汝當愛爾上帝耶和華、聽從其言、恆供役事、耶和華賜爾得生命、享遐齡。昔耶和華誓爾祖亞伯拉罕、以撒、雅各、以斯土賜爾、爾可安居焉。

告王曰、彼邑聞爾作為、與爾智慧、其言不虛、我初不信、及我涖臨、目擊斯事、乃知所聞、猶不及所見之半也。爾之智慧全備、較我所聞者、尤覺其多、爾群臣、爾僕役、恆侍於爾前、聞爾智慧、甚有福祉。當頌美爾之上帝耶和華、以爾為悅、使繼國位、耶和華恆愛以色列族、使爾為王、秉厥公義、以聽其訟。

萬有之主耶和華曰、爾邑必為樂土、列邦之民、必謂爾有福、

智者自知、謂之真智、愚者自欺、謂之真愚。

智者迷惑愧恥、不勝憂疑、棄耶和華之道、鳥得為智。

萬有之主耶和華又曰、列邦眾邑之民將至、彼此相語、莫若速往、籲萬有之主耶和華、而求其恩、我亦偕往、強大之邦、眾多之民、將詣耶路撒冷、籲萬有之主耶和華、而求其恩。萬有之主耶和華曰、當是之日、列國中十人、將執猶大族一人之衿、曰、我聞上帝祐爾、故欲與爾偕行。

國中有人、爾祖之時、為至聖上帝之神所感、具聰明、有智慧、與上帝之智無異、爾祖尼布甲尼撒王位之為博士賢人太史卜師之長、其名但以理、王稱之曰伯底沙撒、心靈性敏、能解夢兆、能明隱語、剖析疑義、今可召之、必能解其意焉。但以理見王、王曰、昔我祖虜猶大之俘囚、至於國中、爾但以理果在其中乎、我聞爾為上帝之神所感、聰明智慧、超於儕輩、今諸博士賢人入朝、使讀斯文、解斯義、咸不能焉。我聞爾善解秘奧、釋疑竇、爾果能讀斯文、解斯義、則必身衣緋衣、項繫金索、為國之相、職居其三、

王聆其智慧之言、知彼較通國之博士賢人、尤為明哲、且十倍之、

爾示我以法度、我服膺之、故較敵人尤智慧兮、我恆思爾法、故較師傅、尤通達兮、我恪守爾道、故較老成、尤明晰兮、

博士長伯底沙撒、我知爾感於至聖上帝之神、凡秘奧之事、爾能明晰、無事三思、我所得之夢、其兆維何、願明以告我、
