昔在汛野、米利巴迦鐵之處爾曹逆我、不於以色列族前尊我、

因昔在汛野、在迦叠米利巴水、爾曹在以色列人中違逆我、不在其中尊我為聖故、

This is because both of you broke faith with me in the presence of the Israelites at the waters of Meribah Kadesh in the Desert of Zin and because you did not uphold my holiness among the Israelites.

You and Aaron disobeyed me in front of the Israelites. It happened at the waters of Meribah Kadesh in the Desert of Zin. You did not honor me among the Israelites as the holy God.

because you broke faith with me in the midst of the people of Israel at the waters of Meribah-kadesh, in the wilderness of Zin, and because you did not treat me as holy in the midst of the people of Israel.

For both of you betrayed me with the Israelites at the waters of Meribah at Kadesh in the wilderness of Zin. You failed to demonstrate my holiness to the people of Israel there.

For both of you broke faith with me among the Israelites at the Waters of Meribath-kadesh in the Wilderness of Zin by failing to treat me as holy in their presence.

because you broke faith with Me in the midst of the sons of Israel at the waters of Meribah kadesh, in the wilderness of Zin, because you did not treat Me as holy in the midst of the sons of Israel.

because you trespassed against Me among the children of Israel at the waters of Meribah Kadesh, in the Wilderness of Zin, because you did not hallow Me in the midst of the children of Israel.

because ye trespassed against me in the midst of the children of Israel at the waters of Meribah of Kadesh, in the wilderness of Zin; because ye sanctified me not in the midst of the children of Israel.

For both of you broke faith with Me among the Israelites at the waters of Meribath-kadesh in the Wilderness of Zin by failing to treat Me as holy in their presence.

Because ye trespassed against me among the children of Israel at the waters of Meribah-Kadesh, in the wilderness of Zin; because ye sanctified me not in the midst of the children of Israel.

for both of you rebelled against me among the Israelites at the waters of Meribah Kadesh in the desert of Zin when you did not show me proper respect among the Israelites.

because you trespassed against me among the children of Israel at the waters of Meribah of Kadesh, in the wilderness of Zin; because you didn’t uphold my holiness among the children of Israel.

摩西舉手，用杖擊打磐石兩下，就有許多水流出來，會眾和他們的牲畜都喝了。耶和華對摩西、亞倫說：「因為你們不信我，不在以色列人眼前尊我為聖，所以你們必不得領這會眾進我所賜給他們的地去。」這水名叫米利巴水，是因以色列人向耶和華爭鬧，耶和華就在他們面前顯為聖。摩西從加低斯差遣使者去見以東王，說：「你的弟兄以色列人這樣說：『我們所遭遇的一切艱難， (cunpt)

於是摩西對亞倫說：「這就是耶和華所說：『我在親近我的人中要顯為聖；在眾民面前，我要得榮耀。』」亞倫就默默不言。 (cunpt)

因為時候到了，審判要從神的家起首。若是先從我們起首，那不信從神福音的人將有何等的結局呢？ (cunpt)

「那時，我懇求耶和華說：『主耶和華啊，你已將你的大力大能顯給僕人看。在天上，在地下，有甚麼神能像你行事、像你有大能的作為呢？求你容我過去，看約旦河那邊的美地，就是那佳美的山地和黎巴嫩。』但耶和華因你們的緣故向我發怒，不應允我，對我說：『罷了！你不要向我再提這事。你且上毗斯迦山頂去，向東、西、南、北舉目觀望，因為你必不能過這約旦河。 (cunpt)

「亞倫要歸到他列祖那裏。他必不得入我所賜給以色列人的地；因為在米利巴水，你們違背了我的命。 (cunpt)

他就對那從猶大來的神人說：「耶和華如此說：你既違背耶和華的話，不遵守耶和華－你神的命令，反倒回來，在耶和華禁止你吃飯喝水的地方吃了喝了，因此你的屍身不得入你列祖的墳墓。」吃喝完了，老先知為所帶回來的先知備驢。他就去了，在路上有個獅子遇見他，將他咬死，屍身倒在路上，驢站在屍身旁邊，獅子也站在屍身旁邊。有人從那裏經過，看見屍身倒在路上，獅子站在屍身旁邊，就來到老先知所住的城裏述說這事。那帶神人回來的先知聽見這事，就說：「這是那違背了耶和華命令的神人，所以耶和華把他交給獅子；獅子抓傷他，咬死他，是應驗耶和華對他說的話。」 (cunpt)
