The Lord your God will circumcise your hearts and the hearts of your descendants, so that you may love him with all your heart and with all your soul, and live.

The Lord your God will keep you from being stubborn. He’ll do the same thing for your children and their children. Then you will love him with all your heart and with all your soul. And you will live.

所以你们要给你们的心行割礼，不可再顽固。

“‘我必把新心赐给你们，把新灵放在你们里面；我必从你们的肉体中除去石心，把肉心赐给你们。我必把我的灵放在你们里面，使你们遵行我的律例，谨守遵行我的典章。

“我要把一颗心赐给他们，把新的灵放在他们里面；我要从他们肉体中除掉石心，赐给他们肉心，使他们遵从我的律例，谨守遵行我的典章，这样，他们就必作我的子民，我必作他们的神。

我要使他们有同一的心志和同一的行为，终生敬畏我，使他们和他们的子孙都得到福乐。

你们也在他里面受了不是由人手所行的割礼，而是受了基督的割礼，就是除掉你们的罪身。

犹大人和耶路撒冷的居民哪！你们要为了耶和华的缘故自行割礼，除去心里的污秽；不然，我的忿怒必因你们的恶行，如火一般发出来，无人能熄灭！”

因为表面上作犹太人的并不是犹太人，在肉身上表面的割礼也不是割礼。唯有在内心作犹太人的才是犹太人；割礼也是心里的，是靠着圣灵而不是靠着仪文。这样的人所受的称赞，不是从人来的，而是从神来的。

你要全心、全性、全力爱耶和华你的神。

如果有人在基督里，他就是新造的人，旧事已经过去，你看，都变成新的了！

如果有人爱神，这人是神所知道的。

他回答：“你要全心、全性、全意爱主你的神。

爱我和遵守我诫命的，我必向他们施慈爱，直到千代。

我们知道，为了爱神的人，就是按他旨意蒙召的人的益处，万事都一同效力。

这样，全以色列都要得救，如经上所记：“拯救者必从锡安出来，除掉雅各家的不敬虔的心；

耶稣回答：“我实实在在告诉你，人若不重生，就不能见神的国。”尼哥德慕说：“人老了，怎能重生呢？难道他能再进母腹生出来吗？”耶稣回答：“我实实在在告诉你，人若不是从水和圣灵生的，就不能进神的国。从肉身生的就是肉身，从灵生的就是灵。你不要因为我对你说‘你们必须重生’而感到希奇。

能忍受试炼的人，是有福的；因为他经过考验之后，必得着生命的冠冕，这冠冕是主应许给爱他的人的。

我亲爱的弟兄们，请听：神不是拣选了在世上被认为贫穷的人吗？这些人却在信心上富足，而且是承受神的国的人。这国是神应许赐给爱他的人的。

就是埃及、犹大、以东、亚扪、摩押和所有剃除鬓发，住在旷野的人；因为列国的人都没有受过割礼，甚至以色列全家的内心也没有受过割礼。”
