then the Lord your God will restore your fortunes and have compassion on you and gather you again from all the nations where he scattered you.

When all that happens, the Lord your God will bless you with great success again. He will be very kind to you. He’ll bring you back from all the nations where he scattered you.

主曰、我必使爾得遇我、主曰、我必返爾俘囚、自我所驅爾至之各國各地、必聚集爾、我使爾被擄、遠離爾地、亦必使爾旋返、仍歸故土、

主重建耶路撒冷、以色列族被驅散之人、咸復集之以歸、

我必取爾出於列邦、集爾來自各國、導爾旋歸故土、

雖使人懷憂、必憑大仁慈、加以矜恤、

譬諸牧者、見有羊離群則尋覓之、我亦若是尋覓我羊、羊在密雲幽暗之日、散於各處、我必救之返、攜之出列邦、集之自各國、導之旋歸故土、必牧之在以色列山岡、在諸河濱、在斯地一切可居之處、

如是、以色列人今不信、使其因爾之蒙矜恤、亦蒙矜恤、

向其追念己約、回心轉意、大發仁慈、使之蒙憐恤在擄之之敵人前、求主我之天主拯救我儕、從異邦中集我以歸、我儕必讚美主之聖名、頌揚主德以為榮耀、

萬有之主如是云、我將救我民、至自日出之地、日入之地、導之至、使居於耶路撒冷、俱為我民、我為其天主、待之以誠實仁慈、

我儕尚不盡滅、乃因主之仁慈、主之矜恤、猶未窮盡、

列國須聽主言、當播揚於遠島云、昔散以色列族者、今必集之、必守之如牧者之守其群羊、

彼若非恆於不信、亦必見接、因天主能復接之也、

我震怒施威、大發烈忿、以斯邑之居民、逐至列邦、日後我必由此列邦集之、使歸斯地、安然而居、彼必為我民、我必為其天主、我必使之同心合轍、常敬畏我、致彼與其子孫、皆可蒙福、我與之必立永約、不復棄之、施以恩惠、使彼存敬畏我之心、不復背逆我、我必欣然施之以恩、盡心盡意、誠實無妄、植之於斯地、主如是云、我既以此大災降於斯民、厥後我亦必以所許之諸福降之、爾曹言斯地荒蕪、無人無畜、已付迦勒底人手、我曰、厥後人仍於斯地購田、在便雅憫地、耶路撒冷四周、猶大諸邑、山地諸邑、平原平原或作窪地諸邑、南方諸邑、人將以銀購田、書契約印之、使人為證、蓋我必使其被擄者、返歸故土、此乃主所言、

然後以色列人俱必得救、如經載云、將有救主、自郇而出、除雅各之不虔、

主使被擄之郇民歸故土、或作主使郇復興此時我儕有如作夢、我儕滿口歡笑、滿舌歌唱、斯時列邦人曰、主為此民施行大事、主為我儕施行大事、我儕便皆歡欣、我儕被擄之人、求主皆使之歸、有如河水、流往南方、有如河水流往南方或作如南方枯涸之溪河復有水流

巴西王古列元年、主欲應耶利米所傳主之言、感巴西王古列之心、宣告遍國、並降詔曰、巴西王古列如是云、主天上之天主、以天下萬國賜我、命我在猶大之耶路撒冷、為之建殿、凡爾曹屬主之民者、願其天主祐之、可上猶大之耶路撒冷、為主以色列之天主、即居耶路撒冷之天主、建造殿宇、猶大所遺餘之民、無論居於何處、何處之民、當助之以金銀、貨財、牲畜、亦將為耶路撒冷天主之殿、樂輸之禮物付之、

主天主曰、我已集以色列離散離散或作被逐之民、於此被集者之外、更集他人以歸之、○
