那麼人就必說：「是因為這地的人背棄了他們列祖的上帝的約，背棄了上帝在領他們出埃及時與他們所立的約，

人必回答说：‘是因这地的人离弃了耶和华他们列祖的神，领他们出埃及地的时候与他们所立的约，

人必说：‘这是因为这地的人离弃了耶和华—他们列祖的上帝领他们出埃及地的时候与他们所立的约，

人必说：‘这是因为这地的人离弃了耶和华—他们列祖的神领他们出埃及地的时候与他们所立的约，

必有人回答说，‘因为这地方的人背弃了他们祖先的上帝耶和华领他们出埃及时与他们所立的约，

人就必回答：‘是因为他们离弃了耶和华他们列祖的神的约，就是耶和华把他们从埃及地领出来的时候，与他们所立的；

必有人回答說，『因為這地方的人背棄了他們祖先的上帝耶和華領他們出埃及時與他們所立的約，

人就必回答：‘是因為他們離棄了耶和華他們列祖的神的約，就是耶和華把他們從埃及地領出來的時候，與他們所立的；

人將對曰、其祖之上帝耶和華、導之出埃及時、與之立約、而彼背之、

人必曰、昔導斯民出於埃及、其祖之上帝耶和華與之立約、斯民違其言、

人必對曰、緣斯民列祖之主天主、昔導之出伊及、與之立約而民背之、

And the answer will be:“ It is because this people abandoned the covenant of the Lord, the God of their ancestors, the covenant he made with them when he brought them out of Egypt.

Then men shall say, Because they forsook the covenant of Jehovah, the God of their fathers, which he made with them when he brought them forth out of the land of Egypt,

Then people will answer,‘ It is because they abandoned the covenant of Yahweh, the God of their fathers, which He had made with them when He brought them out of the land of Egypt.

Then men shall say, Because they have forsaken the covenant of the LORD God of their fathers, which he made with them when he brought them forth out of the land of Egypt:

Then people will say,“ Because they abandoned the covenant of the LORD, the God of their ancestors, which he made with them when he brought them out of the land of Egypt.

Then men will say,“ Because they abandoned the covenant of Yahweh, the God of their fathers, which he made with them when he brought them out of the land of Egypt,

我惱怒我的人民，我使我的產業被褻瀆；我將他們交在你手中，你對他們毫無憐憫，竟把你的軛格外加重於老年人身上。

看吧，永恆主必將大地弄空，使它變為荒蕪；他必扭歪地的面貌，使它的居民四散。那時人民怎樣，祭司也必怎樣；僕人怎樣，主人也必怎樣；婢女怎樣，主母也必怎樣；買物的怎樣，賣物的也必怎樣；借給人的怎樣，向人借的也必怎樣；放債的怎樣，借債的也必怎樣。大地必被弄到空空，世界必被掠劫到掠劫淨盡：因為這話是永恆主說的。大地悲哀凋殘，世界衰敗凋殘，高天與大地一同衰敗。大地在它居民之下被沾污，因為他們越犯了律法，違背了律例，違犯了永遠的約。因此大地被咒詛所吞滅，上頭的居民擔受了罪罰；因此地上的居民被燒焦，剩下的人很少。

不像我拉着他們祖宗的手、領他們出埃及地的日子、跟他們立的約那樣：我雖做他們的夫君，他們卻違犯了我的約：永恆主發神諭說。

凡遇見他們的、就把他們吞滅；他們的敵人說：「我們沒有罪責，因為是他們自己犯罪得罪了永恆主，那真正的居所，他們列祖所仰望的。」

不像我在拉着他們的手、領他們出埃及的日子、同他們列祖所立的那種約；因為他們沒有恆守我的約，我也不理他們，主說。

護衛長將耶利米提出來，對他說：『永恆主你的上帝曾經說到這災禍要臨到這地方的事；如今永恆主使災禍來到，照他所說的行了；因為你們犯罪得罪了永恆主，沒有聽他的聲音，故此這事才臨到你們。

他們就必回答說：『是因為他們離棄了永恆主他們的上帝的約，去敬拜服事別的神呀。』」』

以利亞說：『我為永恆主萬軍之上帝大發妒愛熱情，因為以色列人撇棄了你的約，翻毁了你的祭壇，用刀殺死你的神言人，只剩下我一個人，他們還想法子要我的命。』永恆主說：『你出來站在山上、在永恆主面前。』那時、永恆主正從那裏經過；在永恆主面前有大而強烈的風，裂山碎巖，永恆主卻不在風之中；風過後有地震，永恆主卻不在地震之中；地震之後有火，永恆主也不在火之中；火之後有聲音、低微而細弱。以利亞聽見，就用外衣蒙着臉，出來站在洞口；忽有聲音向他說：『以利亞啊，你在這裏作甚麼？』他說：『我為着永恆主萬軍之上帝大發妒愛熱情，因為以色列人撇棄了你的約，翻毁了你的祭壇，用刀殺死了你的神言人，只剩下我一個人，他們還想法子要我的命。』
