You are standing here today to enter into the covenant of the Lord your God. The Lord is making this covenant, including the curses.

为要你顺从耶和华你神今日与你所立的约，向你所起的誓。

为要使你进入耶和华—你上帝的约，就是耶和华—你上帝今日向你起誓所立的；

为要使你进入耶和华—你神的约，就是耶和华—你神今日向你起誓所立的；

为要接受你们的上帝耶和华与你们立的誓约。

为要叫你遵守耶和华你的神今日与你所立的约，和他向你所起的誓；

為要你順從耶和華－你神今日與你所立的約，向你所起的誓。

為要使你進入耶和華－你上帝的約，就是耶和華－你上帝今日向你起誓所立的；

為要使你進入耶和華－你神的約，就是耶和華－你神今日向你起誓所立的；

為要接受你們的上帝耶和華與你們立的誓約。

為要叫你遵守耶和華你的神今日與你所立的約，和他向你所起的誓；

要進一步去守永恆主你的上帝的約、他所宣誓的約就是永恆主你的上帝今日同你所立的約；

使爾與於爾上帝耶和華之約與誓、即其今日與爾所立者、

今日爾上帝耶和華發誓、爾可同盟、與之立約。

欲爾遵主爾天主之約、即今日主發誓與爾所立者、或作欲爾遵主爾之天主今日與爾所立之約及所立之誓

You are standing here in order to enter into a covenant with the Lord your God, a covenant the Lord is making with you this day and sealing with an oath,

All of you are standing here in order to enter into a covenant with the Lord your God. He is making the covenant with you today. He’s giving you his word.

so that you may enter into the sworn covenant of the Lord your God, which the Lord your God is making with you today,

so that you may enter into the covenant of the LORD your God, which he is making with you today, so that you may enter into his oath

so that you may enter into the covenant with the Lord your God, and into His oath which the Lord your God is making with you today,

that you may enter into covenant with the Lord your God, and into His oath, which the Lord your God makes with you today,

that thou mayest enter into the covenant of Jehovah thy God, and into his oath, which Jehovah thy God maketh with thee this day;

so that you may enter into the covenant of the Lord your God, which He is making with you today, so that you may enter into His oath

That thou shouldest enter into covenant with the LORD thy God, and into his oath, which the LORD thy God maketh with thee this day:

so that you may enter by oath into the covenant the LORD your God is making with you today.

that you may enter into the covenant of Yahweh your God, and into his oath, which Yahweh your God makes with you today,

Then they entered into a covenant to seek the Lord, the God of their ancestors, with all their heart and soul.They agreed that anyone who refused to seek the Lord, the God of Israel, would be put to death— whether young or old, man or woman.They shouted out their oath of loyalty to the Lord with trumpets blaring and rams’ horns sounding.All in Judah were happy about this covenant, for they had entered into it with all their heart. Now if you will obey me and keep my covenant, you will be my own special treasure from among all the peoples on earth; for all the earth belongs to me.And you will be my kingdom of priests, my holy nation.’ This is the message you must give to the people of Israel.”

“ But you are not the only ones with whom I am making this covenant with its curses.

“ The Lord our God made a covenant with us at Mount Sinai.The Lord did not make this covenant with our ancestors, but with all of us who are alive today.

So Joshua made a covenant with the people that day at Shechem, committing them to follow the decrees and regulations of the Lord.

Then the rest of the people— the priests, Levites, gatekeepers, singers, Temple servants, and all who had separated themselves from the pagan people of the land in order to obey the Law of God, together with their wives, sons, daughters, and all who were old enough to understand—joined their leaders and bound themselves with an oath. They swore a curse on themselves if they failed to obey the Law of God as issued by his servant Moses. They solemnly promised to carefully follow all the commands, regulations, and decrees of the Lord our Lord:

Then Jehoiada made a covenant between the Lord and the king and the people that they would be the Lord’s people. He also made a covenant between the king and the people.
