The fruit of your womb will be cursed, and the crops of your land, and the calves of your herds and the lambs of your flocks.

Your children will be cursed. Your crops will be cursed. Your calves and lambs will be cursed.

Cursed shall be the fruit of your womb and the fruit of your ground, the increase of your herds and the young of your flock.

願他的兒女為孤兒，願他的妻子為寡婦。願他的兒女漂流討飯，從他們的荒屋裏被趕出。願債主搜括他一切所有的；願外人劫掠他勞碌得來的。願無人向他延長恩愛；也無人恩待他的孤兒。願他的後人被剪滅；願他的名字第二代就被塗抹。願他祖宗的罪孽被永恆主記得；願他母親的罪不被塗抹。願這些罪不斷在永恆主面前，使他的遺跡都從地上被剪滅；

因為日子必到，你就看吧，那時人必說：「那不能生育的、那沒有生產過的胎、沒有乳養過的胸、有福啊！」那時人必對山說起話來說：「倒在我們身上吧！」必對小山說：「遮蓋我們吧！」

不可跪拜它們，也不可事奉它們，因為我永恆主你的上帝是忌邪的上帝；恨我的、我必察罰他們的罪愆、從父親到兒子，到三四代。

我的眼因流淚而失明；我的心腸沸騰着；我的肝膽傾倒於地，都因我眾民遭受的破毁，因為孩童和喫奶的在都市廣場上全發昏了。當他們在城裏廣場上發昏、像被刺重傷時、當他們在母親懷裏、將要呼出最後一口氣時，他們問母親說：『哪裏有五穀和酒啊？』

看吧，我必叱責你們這種類，把你們節期祭牲的糞抹在你們臉上，就把你們拋到處罰地去。

永恆主啊，看吧！鑒察吧！看你向誰這樣加罰過！婦人哪能喫自己所生育的，喫自己撫弄的嬰孩呢？祭司和神言人哪可在主的聖所中被殺戮呢？

以法蓮呢——他們的榮耀必像鳥兒飛去：沒有生產、沒有懷胎、沒有成孕。就使他們把兒女養大，我也必使他們喪失兒子，一個不留。我離開他們時，他們就有禍了！以法蓮、據我看、他兒女是註定被獵取的；以法蓮必將兒女帶出、交於肆行殺戮的人。永恆主啊，求你使他們，使他們怎樣呢？使他們墜胎小產，乳房皺縮枯乾！

下邊他的根頭枯乾；上邊他的枝條被割下他令人懷念的遺跡都從境內滅沒；他的名字不存留於野外。他必從光中被攆到黑暗裏，他必被趕逐離開世界。在本族民中他沒有苗裔、沒有後代。在寓居的各地、他也沒有殘存的人。

就使無花果樹不結果子，葡萄樹上無出產，橄欖樹的農作物令人失望，田地又不出糧食，羊從羊圈中被剪除，牛棚內也沒有牛，

在城裏你必受咒詛，在田間你必受咒詛。
