“ Cursed is anyone who leads the blind astray on the road.” Then all the people shall say,“ Amen!”

‘ The one who leads a blind person astray on the road is cursed.’ And all the people will say,‘ Amen!’

‘ Cursed is one who misleads a person who is blind on the road.’ And all the people shall say,‘ Amen.’

‘ Cursed is the one who makes the blind to wander off the road.’“ And all the people shall say,‘ Amen!’

Cursed be he that maketh the blind to wander out of the way. And all the people shall say, Amen.

“ Do not insult the deaf or cause the blind to stumble. You must fear your God; I am the Lord.

Those who lead good people along an evil path will fall into their own trap, but the honest will inherit good things.

I served as eyes for the blind and feet for the lame.

so ignore them. They are blind guides leading the blind, and if one blind person guides another, they will both fall into a ditch.”

For the leaders of my people— the Lord’s watchmen, his shepherds— are blind and ignorant. They are like silent watchdogs that give no warning when danger comes. They love to lie around, sleeping and dreaming.

“ But I have a few complaints against you. You tolerate some among you whose teaching is like that of Balaam, who showed Balak how to trip up the people of Israel. He taught them to sin by eating food offered to idols and by committing sexual sin.
