‘ Cursed is he who dishonors his father or his mother.’ All the people shall say,‘ Amen.’

又曰、藐視父母者、當服咒詛、民必群應曰、固心所願。

“ Cursed is anyone who dishonors their father or mother.” Then all the people shall say,“ Amen!”

“ May anyone who brings shame on their father or mother be under the Lord’ s curse.” Then all the people will say,“ Amen!”

“‘ Cursed be anyone who dishonors his father or his mother.’ And all the people shall say,‘ Amen.’

‘ Cursed is anyone who dishonors father or mother.’ And all the people will reply,‘ Amen.’

‘ The one who dishonors his father or mother is cursed.’ And all the people will say,‘ Amen!’

‘ Cursed is one who treats his father or mother contemptuously.’ And all the people shall say,‘ Amen.’

‘ Cursed is the one who treats his father or his mother with contempt.’“ And all the people shall say,‘ Amen!’

Cursed be he that setteth light by his father or his mother. And all the people shall say, Amen.

‘ The one who dishonors his father or mother is cursed.’ And all the people will say,‘ Amen!’

‘ Cursed is the one who disrespects his father and mother.’ Then all the people will say,‘ Amen!’

“‘ Each one of you shall respect his mother and his father. You shall keep my Sabbaths. I am Yahweh your God.

“ Anyone who curses his father or his mother shall surely be put to death.

“ Honor your father and your mother, that your days may be long in the land which Yahweh your God gives you.

If a man has a stubborn and rebellious son who will not obey the voice of his father or the voice of his mother, and though they chasten him, will not listen to them,then his father and his mother shall take hold of him and bring him out to the elders of his city and to the gate of his place.They shall tell the elders of his city,“ This our son is stubborn and rebellious. He will not obey our voice. He is a glutton and a drunkard.”All the men of his city shall stone him to death with stones. So you shall remove the evil from among you. All Israel shall hear, and fear.

In you have they treated father and mother with contempt. Among you they have oppressed the foreigner. In you they have wronged the fatherless and the widow.

There is a generation that curses their father, and doesn’t bless their mother.There is a generation that is pure in their own eyes, yet are not washed from their filthiness.There is a generation, oh how lofty are their eyes! Their eyelids are lifted up.There is a generation whose teeth are like swords, and their jaws like knives, to devour the poor from the earth, and the needy from among men.“ The leech has two daughters:‘ Give, give.’“ There are three things that are never satisfied; four that don’t say,‘ Enough:’Sheol, the barren womb; the earth that is not satisfied with water; and the fire that doesn’t say,‘ Enough.’“ The eye that mocks at his father, and scorns obedience to his mother: the ravens of the valley shall pick it out, the young eagles shall eat it.

For God commanded,‘ Honor your father and your mother,’ and,‘ He who speaks evil of father or mother, let him be put to death.’But you say,‘ Whoever may tell his father or his mother,“ Whatever help you might otherwise have gotten from me is a gift devoted to God,”he shall not honor his father or mother.’ You have made the commandment of God void because of your tradition.

“‘ For everyone who curses his father or his mother shall surely be put to death. He has cursed his father or his mother. His blood shall be upon himself.
