Then we cried out to the Lord, the God of our ancestors, and the Lord heard our voice and saw our misery, toil and oppression.

Then we cried out to the Lord. He is the God of our people who lived long ago. He heard our voice. He saw how much we were suffering. The Egyptians were treating us badly. They were making us work very hard.

So we cried out to the LORD, the God of our ancestors, and he heard us and saw our humiliation, toil, and oppression.

Then we cried to Yahweh, the God of our fathers. Yahweh heard our voice, and saw our affliction, our toil, and our oppression.

现在以色列人的呼声已经达到我的面前，我也看见了埃及人对他们所施的压迫。

“明天大约这个时候，我要差派一个人从便雅悯地到你那里去，你要膏立他作我子民以色列人的领袖。他要拯救我的子民脱离非利士人的手。我眷顾了我的子民，因为他们的哀求已经达到我这里。”

求你转向我，恩待我；像你素常对待那些爱你名的人那样。

而且我也听见了以色列人因埃及人所加的奴役而发的哀声，就记念我的约。

在患难的日子，你呼求我。我必搭救你，你也必尊敬我。”

我爱耶和华，因为他听了我的声音、我的恳求。因为他留心听我的恳求，我一生一世要求告他。死亡的绳索缠绕着我，阴间的痛苦抓住我；我遭遇患难和愁苦。那时，我呼求耶和华的名，说：“耶和华啊！求你拯救我。”

愿荣耀归给神，就是归给那能照着运行在我们里面的大能，充充足足地成就一切，超过我们所求所想的。愿荣耀在教会中和基督耶稣里归给他，直到万代，永世无穷。阿们。

“那创造、塑造和坚定大地的是耶和华，耶和华是他的名。他这样说：

因为耶和华从他至高的圣所里垂看，从天上观看大地，为要垂听被囚的人的叹息，解救定了死罪的人；

也许耶和华看见我的苦难，就施恩与我，以取代今天这人对我的咒骂。”
