則必舉爾於高、勝於所造四方之億兆、肇錫嘉名、加以尊榮、可為聖民、以事爾上帝耶和華、循其所許。

He has declared that he will set you in praise, fame and honor high above all the nations he has made and that you will be a people holy to the Lord your God, as he promised.

He has announced that he will make you famous. He’ll give you more praise and honor than all the other nations he has made. And he has said that you will be a holy nation. The Lord your God has set you apart for himself. That’s exactly what he promised to do.

And if you do, he will set you high above all the other nations he has made. Then you will receive praise, honor, and renown. You will be a nation that is holy to the Lord your God, just as he promised.”

因爾曹在主爾天主前為聖民、主爾之天主在天下萬民中、特選爾以為己民、

如爾聽從主爾天主之言、謹守遵行其諸誡命、即我今日所諭爾者、則主爾之天主必使爾超乎天下萬國之上、

人必稱爾民為聖民、主所贖者、稱爾為復選不棄之邑、

亦在我前、為祭司之國、為成聖之民、爾當以斯言告以色列人、

惟爾曹乃蒙選之族、有王位之祭司、成聖之國、屬主之民、主召爾出幽暗、入其妙光、欲爾宣揚其德、

何民若是昌大、或作有何昌大之民有神有神或作天主與之相近、猶主我天主之與我相近乎、我凡祈禱主我天主之時、與我相近而允我所祈、何民若是昌大、或作有何昌大之民有律例法度若是之善義、如我今日所設於爾前之律法乎、

亦如活石、被建為神室、又為聖潔之祭司、賴耶穌基督獻天主所悅納之神祭、

及誠信之證者、自死中首先復活者、為天下萬王之元首者耶穌基督、得恩寵平康、耶穌愛我儕、以其血滌除我罪、以其血滌除我罪有原文抄本作以其血贖我罪使我儕為王、為祭司、在其父天主前、願榮光權能歸之、至於世世、阿們、

天下萬國、聞我降福於斯民、亦必欣喜、揄揚我名、頌美我、歸榮於我、因我降福於耶路撒冷、賜以平康、必畏懼戰慄、畏懼戰慄或作詫異驚駭

當是日凡困苦爾者、我必罰之、爾中跛足者、我必救援、被驅逐者、我必聚集、散於各國受辱者、我必使之受讚美、得聲名、

如爾謹守主爾天主之誡命、遵行其道、則主必循其所誓於爾、立爾為其聖民、

以鼻環置於鼻、耳環懸於耳、華冕戴於首、得飾以金銀、衣以白細麻與絲及錦繡、食以細麵與蜜及油、爾遂成極豔麗、堪居后位、主天主曰、我加爾華飾、全爾豔色、其聲名傳於列邦、

主使選民力量強盛、敬畏主之一切虔誠人、即與主相近之以色列民、皆因此頌揚、阿勒盧亞、

主曰、彼將攜爾兄弟、自列邦而歸、使之乘馬、或車、或肩與、或騾、或駝、至我聖山耶路撒冷、以為禮物獻於我、猶如以色列人盛禮物於潔器、奉至我殿、主曰、我自其中選人為祭司、為利未人、

主曰、帶附人身、如此、我使以色列全族與猶大全族附我、為我之民、得聲名、得稱譽、得榮耀、惟彼不聽、

主必使爾為首、不使爾為尾、使爾獨居上、不居下、如爾聽從主爾天主之誡命、即我今日所諭爾者、謹守遵行、不違我今日所諭爾之諸言、不偏於左、不偏於右、不從異邦之神而崇事之、則必蒙此諸福、○
