When people have a dispute, they are to take it to court and the judges will decide the case, acquitting the innocent and condemning the guilty.

貧者有訟、毋反其正。遠諸偽為、勿殺無辜、毋戮義人、蓋我不釋違義者。

爾品至聖、惡者爾所不喜、暴者爾所不悅、今人強據我有、何爾反佑之、惡者害義、何爾默不一言乎。

人納賄賂、誣善而罪之、袒惡而釋之、禍不遠矣、

以色列族至能之上帝許我曰、必有義主、畏上帝而治人。

爾曹世人、言義伸冤、豈出誠慤兮。爾之中心、惟懷惡念、爾居斯土、所行強梁兮、

兩造具備、立於耶和華前、及在位之祭司刑官前。刑官諮諏之、如果妄證、欲害同儕、則必加刑於妄證者、以其所欲害人之罪歸之、如是絕惡於爾中、

爾之君長悖逆乎我、與盜為侶、好賄賂、納苞苴、孤子嫠婦、不伸其冤。

今斧置樹根、凡樹不結善果者、即砍之委火、

有訟事、必當鞫問、遵我法度、在大會中必守我禮儀、法度、以我安息日為聖日、

我命士師云、聽訟於宗族賓旅間、以正理為折中、鞫事屬上帝、汝鞫人時、毋行偏視、無論尊卑、必聽其訟、不可畏人、如事關重大、則告於我、我為剖析、

謂爾曹聽訟、行私袒惡、將至何時兮、維彼孤子、貧乏煢獨、當為之伸冤兮、窮民遭難、爾其援手、毋為惡人所害兮。

將有王者、治國以義、群臣秉公、以理民事、狂風驟起、棲身巖穴、行於曠野、飲泉解渴、烈日炎熇、困憊不勝、得磐巖以憩息、君之保民亦若是、

我出入邑門、備位公庭、少者見我而趨避、老者見我而起待、同官肅然無譁、長者拑口、齦閉舌卷。聞我者祝嘏、見我者揄揚、蓋貧乏孤獨、籲呼望救、我無不援手。危者見救而祝謝、嫠者見助而欣喜、我以仁義為衣服、以公正為冠冕、我為瞽者之目、跛者之足、我濟困乏、猶父之慈子、疏者我為之理其事、為惡之人、我折其齒、奪其所噬於口、
