昔爾上帝耶和華、導爾出埃及、脫爾於賤役、惟彼先知、與作夢者、欲使爾違爾上帝耶和華、離其所命之道、則必見殺、為爾中絕其惡。

雅各眾子自田歸、聞示劍與妹偕寢、干犯以色列族、行所不當行、不勝憂忿。

以色列族中、既有此惡俗穢行、故我剖妾之尸、遣使遍告於以色列族四境。

在以色列支派中、百取十、千取百、萬取千、使備餱糧、待我儕至便雅憫之其庇亞、彼於以色列族中所作之穢行、我特報施焉。

如祭司之女行淫自玷、辱及於父、必爇以火。

則必加刑於妄證者、以其所欲害人之罪歸之、如是絕惡於爾中、

曰、兄毋辱我、毋妄行、在以色列族中不可為此、若然、何以掩我之羞、爾於以色列族中必為頑嚚。若告於王、王必聽從、使我于歸於爾。

則邑眾必石擊致死、如是除惡於爾間、使以色列族聞而懼焉。

證人必先擊之、眾民後擊之、致之於死、如是絕惡於爾中。○

女在邑中為男所辱、而不號呼、二者必攜至邑門石擊致死、如是絕惡於爾中。

譏刺我耶和華名者、死無赦、眾擊以石、無論宗族賓旅、譏刺我名者、死無赦。

有與他人之妻同寢、為人所見、則淫夫淫婦俱必被殺、如是絕惡於以色列族中。

彼欲惑爾、俾爾違逆、故當以石擊之、致之於死、蓋導爾出埃及、脫爾於賤役者、爾上帝耶和華是也。

耶和華諭摩西曰、其人必殺毋赦、會眾必於營外、擊之以石。遂攜出營外、以石擊之、遵耶和華諭摩西之命。○

摩西使以色列族曳咒詛者出營外、擊之以石。以色列族遵耶和華所諭摩西之命而行。

則必攜行惡之男女、至於邑門、石擊致死。

以色列族中、女勿為娼妓、男勿為孌童。僱娼之值、市犬之金、俱為爾上帝耶和華所惡、故勿許願攜入其室。
