後、約書亞擊五王、殺而懸之於五木、懸於木至於日暮、日入時、約書亞命人取屍下木、擲於所匿之穴中、以數大石置於穴口、至今尚存、

蓋我為我兄弟骨肉之親、即見絕於基督、亦所願也、

懸艾王於木、至於日暮、日入時、約書亞命取屍下木、投於邑門、屍上堆石、成為大岡、至今尚存、○

主諭摩西曰、取民中為首者、對日懸於我前、我向以色列人所發之怒即可息、

毋污爾所居之地、殺人流血、即為污其地、若殺人流血於地、不殺殺人者流其血、則地不得潔、毋污爾所居之地、因我耶和華亦居此地、在以色列人中、

有不愛主耶穌基督者、當被阿拿提瑪、瑪蘭阿他、當被阿拿提瑪瑪闌阿他譯即當彼詛主必降臨之義

願以其後裔七人付於我、我將懸之於主前、在基比亞、即昔蒙主選掃羅之邑、王曰、我必付於爾、
