主亦諭我曰、爾起、前往渡亞嫩溪、我以亞摩利人希實本王西宏與其地、付於爾手、爾可與之戰、始得地為業、

“ Set out now and cross the Arnon Gorge. See, I have given into your hand Sihon the Amorite, king of Heshbon, and his country. Begin to take possession of it and engage him in battle.

The Lord said,“ Start out and go across the valley of the Arnon River. I have handed Sihon over to you. He is the Amorite king of Heshbon. I have also given you his country. Begin to take it as your own. Go to war against him.

‘ Rise up, set out on your journey and go over the Valley of the Arnon. Behold, I have given into your hand Sihon the Amorite, king of Heshbon, and his land. Begin to take possession, and contend with him in battle.

Moses continued,“ Then the Lord said,‘ Now get moving! Cross the Arnon Gorge. Look, I will hand over to you Sihon the Amorite, king of Heshbon, and I will give you his land. Attack him and begin to occupy the land.

“ The LORD also said,‘ Get up, move out, and cross the Arnon Valley. See, I have handed the Amorites’ King Sihon of Heshbon and his land over to you. Begin to take possession of it; engage him in battle.

‘ Arise, set out, and pass through the Valley of Arnon. Look! I have handed over to you Sihon the Amorite, king of Heshbon, and his land; start taking possession and plunge into battle with him.

“‘ Rise, take your journey, and cross over the River Arnon. Look, I have given into your hand Sihon the Amorite, king of Heshbon, and his land. Begin to possess it, and engage him in battle.

Rise ye up, take your journey, and pass over the valley of the Arnon: behold, I have given into thy hand Sihon the Amorite, king of Heshbon, and his land; begin to possess it, and contend with him in battle.

Get up, make your way across Wadi Arnon. Look! I have already delivered over to you Sihon the Amorite, king of Heshbon, and his land. Go ahead! Take it! Engage him in war!

走到第七次，祭司吹响了号角，约书亚吩咐民众说：“吶喊吧！因为耶和华已经将这城交给你们了。

后来，他们走过旷野，绕过以东和摩押，到了摩押的东边，在摩押的边界亚嫩河东岸扎营，并没有进入摩押境内。以色列人派遣使者去见希实本的亚摩利王西宏，对他说，‘求让我们经过你的领土前往我们自己的土地。’但西宏不信任以色列人，拒绝了他们的请求，并招聚全军驻扎在雅杂，攻打他们。但以色列的上帝耶和华帮助以色列人战胜西宏和他的军队，占领了他们所有的土地，

也将居住在各地的世人、走兽和飞禽都交在你手中，让你管理。你就是那金头。

又从那里出发，走到亚嫩河北岸的旷野安营。那里毗邻亚摩利人的边境，亚嫩河是摩押和亚摩利之间的疆界。因此，耶和华的战记上说：“苏法的哇哈伯，亚嫩河谷，以及河谷的斜坡——靠近摩押边界并延伸到亚珥城。”

他和他的军队为我效力，所以我把埃及赐给他作为酬劳。’这是主耶和华说的。

我伸出大能的臂膀创造了大地、地上的人类和动物，我想把大地赐给谁就赐给谁。

这是守望者的命令，是圣者的决定，要让众生知道至高者主宰世上万国，祂要把国赐给谁就赐给谁，即使是最卑微的人。’

从亚嫩谷边的亚罗珥和谷中的城，直到基列的所有城邑全被我们攻克，我们的上帝耶和华把这一切都交给了我们。
