If a malicious witness rises up against a person to testify against him of wrongdoing,

若有凶恶的见证人起来，见证某人作恶，

若有人怀恶意，起来作证，控告他人犯法，

若有人怀恶意，起来作证，控告他人犯法，

如果有人作伪证诬陷别人，

如果有强横的见证人起来，指证某人作恶，

若有凶惡的見證人起來，見證某人作惡，

若有人懷惡意，起來作證，控告他人犯法，

若有人懷惡意，起來作證，控告他人犯法，

如果有人作偽證誣陷別人，

如果有強橫的見證人起來，指證某人作惡，

若有一個強暴的見證人起來指責一個人，作證控訴他橫逆不道，

如有妄證、起而罪人、

如有妄證以罪歸人、

如有妄證者、證人犯罪、

If a malicious witness takes the stand to accuse someone of a crime,

Suppose a witness who tells lies goes to court and brings charges against someone. The witness says someone committed a crime.

If a malicious witness arises to accuse a person of wrongdoing,

“ If a malicious witness comes forward and accuses someone of a crime,

“ If a malicious witness testifies against someone accusing him of a crime,

If a false witness rises against any man to testify against him of wrongdoing,

If an unrighteous witness rise up against any man to testify against him of wrong- doing,

“ If a malicious witness testifies against someone accusing him of a crime,

If a false witness rise up against any man to testify against him[ that which is] wrong;

If a false witness testifies against another person and accuses him of a crime,

If an unrighteous witness rises up against any man to testify against him of wrongdoing,

Do not turn me over to the desire of my enemies, For false witnesses have risen against me, And the violent witness.

“ You shall not give a false report; do not join your hand with a wicked person to be a malicious witness.You shall not follow the crowd in doing evil, nor shall you testify in a dispute so as to join together with a crowd in order to pervert justice;nor shall you show favor to a poor person in his dispute.“ If you encounter your enemy’s ox or his donkey wandering away, you must return it to him.If you see the donkey of one who hates you lying helpless under its load, you shall not leave it helpless for its owner; you must arrange the load with him.“ You shall not pervert the justice due to your needy brother in his dispute.Keep far from a false charge, and do not kill the innocent or the righteous, for I will not acquit the guilty.

Malicious witnesses rise up; They ask me things that I do not know.

Now the chief priests and the entire Council were trying to obtain testimony against Jesus to put Him to death, and they were not finding any.For many people were giving false testimony against Him, and so their testimonies were not consistent.And then some stood up and began giving false testimony against Him, saying,“ We heard Him say,‘ I will destroy this temple that was made by hands, and in three days I will build another, made without hands.’ ”And not even in this respect was their testimony consistent.

They put forward false witnesses who said,“ This man does not stop speaking against this holy place and the Law;

and seat two worthless men opposite him, and have them testify against him, saying,‘ You cursed God and the king.’ Then take him out and stone him to death.”So the men of his city, the elders and the nobles who lived in his city, did just as Jezebel had sent word to them, just as it was written in the letters which she had sent them.They proclaimed a fast, and seated Naboth at the head of the people.Then the two worthless men came in and sat opposite him; and the worthless men testified against him, against Naboth, before the people, saying,“ Naboth cursed God and the king.” So they took him outside the city and stoned him to death with stones.
