If any of your people— Hebrew men or women— sell themselves to you and serve you six years, in the seventh year you must let them go free.

Suppose any Hebrew men or women sell themselves to you. If they do, they will serve you for six years. Then in the seventh year you must let them go free.

His master will pierce his ear with an awl, and he will serve his master for life.

“ At the end of every seven years you must cancel debts.

A slave does not remain in the household forever, but a son does remain forever.So if the Son sets you free, you really will be free.
