However, you are not to eat these among the ones that chew the cud, or among those that have the hoof divided in two: the camel, the rabbit, and the rock hyrax, for though they chew the cud, they do not have a divided hoof; they are unclean to you.

但那些倒嚼或是分蹄之中不可吃的乃是骆驼、兔子、沙番，因为是倒嚼不分蹄，就与你们不洁净；

但那反刍或分蹄之中不可吃的是：骆驼、兔子、石獾，虽然反刍却不分蹄，对你们是不洁净的；

第分蹄不可食、第反齧不可食、駝、兔、吵噃、雖反齧而不分蹄、是以不潔、

然倒嚼類中、分蹏類中、亦有爾不可食者、駝、兔、沙番、倒嚼而不分蹏、爾當以為不潔、

However, of those that chew the cud or that have a divided hoof you may not eat the camel, the rabbit or the hyrax. Although they chew the cud, they do not have a divided hoof; they are ceremonially unclean for you.

Some animals only chew the cud. Others only have a divided hoof. The camel, rabbit and rock badger chew the cud, but they don’t have a divided hoof. So you can’t eat them. They are not“ clean” for you.

Yet of those that chew the cud or have the hoof cloven you shall not eat these: the camel, the hare, and the rock badger, because they chew the cud but do not part the hoof, are unclean for you.

but if the animal doesn’t have both, it may not be eaten. So you may not eat the camel, the hare, or the hyrax. They chew the cud but do not have split hooves, so they are ceremonially unclean for you.

But among the ones that chew the cud or have divided hooves, you are not to eat these: camels, hares, and hyraxes, though they chew the cud, they do not have hooves— they are unclean for you;

However, you may not eat the following animals among those that chew the cud or those that have divided hooves: the camel, the hare, and the rock badger.( Although they chew the cud, they do not have divided hooves and are therefore ritually impure to you).

Nevertheless these you shall not eat of them that chew the cud, or of those who have the hoof split: the camel, the hare, and the rabbit. Because they chew the cud but don’t part the hoof, they are unclean to you.

They profess to know God, but by their deeds they deny Him, being detestable and disobedient and worthless for any good deed.

holding to a form of godliness although they have denied its power; avoid such people as these.

Likewise, the rock hyrax, for though it chews cud, it does not have a divided hoof; it is unclean to you.

For, while speaking out arrogant words of no value they entice by fleshly desires, by indecent behavior, those who barely escape from the ones who live in error,promising them freedom while they themselves are slaves of corruption; for by what anyone is overcome, by this he is enslaved.For if, after they have escaped the defilements of the world by the knowledge of the Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, they are again entangled in them and are overcome, the last state has become worse for them than the first.For it would be better for them not to have known the way of righteousness, than having known it, to turn away from the holy commandment handed on to them.It has happened to them according to the true proverb,“ A dog returns to its own vomit,” and,“ A sow, after washing, returns to wallowing in the mire.”

Many will say to Me on that day,‘ Lord, Lord, did we not prophesy in Your name, and in Your name cast out demons, and in Your name perform many miracles?’And then I will declare to them,‘ I never knew you; leave Me, you who practice lawlessness.’

And everyone who hears these words of Mine, and does not act on them, will be like a foolish man who built his house on the sand.
