不過你要堅心決意地不喫血，因為血就是生命；你不可連生命帶肉都喫。

他們直唱新的歌說：『你是配取那書卷、而揭開其印的；因為你曾被屠殺，曾用你的血從各族派各種語言的人、各民族各邦國中、買了人來，歸於上帝；

正如人子來，並不是要受服事，乃是要服事人，並且將性命獻出，替許多人做贖價。』
