It even challenged the Commander of heaven’s army by canceling the daily sacrifices offered to him and by destroying his Temple.

And when he was come into the house of his god, they that came forth from his own bowels slew him there with the sword.Thus Jehovah saved Hezekiah and the inhabitants of Jerusalem from the hand of Sennacherib the king of Assyria, and from the hand of all others, and guided them on every side.

And as some spake of the temple, how it was adorned with goodly stones and offerings, he said,As for these things which ye behold, the days will come, in which there shall not be left here one stone upon another, that shall not be thrown down.
