你使堅信不移的人全然平安，因為他們信靠你。

王說：「看啊，我見有四個人在火中走來走去，沒有被綁著，也沒有被燒傷，第四個人的面貌好像神明的兒子。」

擊敗了夏甲人及其盟軍，因為他們信靠上帝，在作戰的時候向上帝求助，上帝應允了他們的祈求。

那些總督、行政官、省長和王的謀士上前圍觀，見火焰沒有燒傷他們的身體，他們的頭髮沒有燒焦，衣服沒有燒壞，身上甚至沒有火燎的氣味。尼布甲尼撒說：「沙得拉、米煞、亞伯尼歌的上帝當受稱頌！祂差遣天使拯救那些信靠祂的僕人。他們無視王命，寧肯死也不供奉、祭拜其他神明。

投靠耶和華勝過倚靠人。投靠耶和華勝過倚靠權貴。

第二天清晨，眾人起來去提哥亞的曠野。他們出發的時候，約沙法站著說：「猶大人和耶路撒冷的居民啊，請聽我說！要信靠你們的上帝耶和華，你們就必堅立；要相信祂的先知，你們就必得勝。」

葉忒羅為耶和華恩待以色列人、把他們救出埃及而高興，

耶和華幫助他們，拯救他們脫離惡人，因為他們投靠祂。

王聽了這些話，十分愁煩，一心想救但以理，直到日落都在籌畫解救之道。

耶穌說：「如果你能？對於相信的人，凡事都有可能！」

希蘭聽了所羅門的話後，非常高興，說：「今天當讚美耶和華！祂賜給大衛一個有智慧的兒子治理這偉大的民族。」

泰爾王希蘭寫信給所羅門說：「耶和華愛祂的子民，所以立你做他們的王。創造天地的以色列的上帝耶和華當受稱頌！祂賜給大衛王一個有智慧、謀略和悟性的兒子來為耶和華建殿，也為他自己建造王宮。

你們不要倚靠權貴，不要倚靠世人，他們救不了你們。他們氣息一斷，便歸回塵土，他們的打算轉眼成空。蒙雅各的上帝相助、仰望上帝耶和華的人有福了！耶和華創造了天、地、海和其中的萬物，祂永遠信實可靠。

耶和華的名是堅固保障，義人投奔其中就得安穩。

他們憑信心戰勝了敵國，行了公義，得到了應許，堵住了獅子的口，

王回宮後，整夜禁食，拒絕娛樂，無法入睡。
