此秘奧顯示於我、非因我有智慧、逾於眾生、乃以夢兆告王、俾知心之所思、

非我較天下人有智、惟上帝以此秘奧示我、遣我以兆告王、使王追憶前事、

此奧秘顯示於我、非為我較天下人有智慧、乃為以夢兆示王、使王憶及心觀之異象、使王憶及心觀之異象或作俾王得知王心之思念

As for me, this mystery has been revealed to me, not because I have greater wisdom than anyone else alive, but so that Your Majesty may know the interpretation and that you may understand what went through your mind.

Now the mystery has been explained to me. But it isn’t because I have greater wisdom than anyone else alive. It’s because God wants you to know what the mystery means, Your Majesty. He wants you to understand what went through your mind.

But as for me, this mystery has been revealed to me, not because of any wisdom that I have more than all the living, but in order that the interpretation may be made known to the king, and that you may know the thoughts of your mind.

And it is not because I am wiser than anyone else that I know the secret of your dream, but because God wants you to understand what was in your heart.

約瑟就回答法老，說：「不是我，是神要回應法老，關乎法老的平安。」

彼得看見，就對民眾說：「各位以色列人哪！你們為什麼對這事感到驚奇？為什麼注視我們，以為我們是憑著自己的能力或虔誠使這個人走路的呢？

但以理回到自己的家裡，把這事告訴了他的同伴哈納尼雅、米沙利和亞撒利雅，讓他們在這奧祕的事上，向天上的神祈求憐憫，免得但以理和他的同伴與巴比倫其餘的智慧人一同滅亡。

最後也顯現給我——這個像是早產嬰兒一樣的人。原來我是使徒中最小的，不配被稱為使徒，因為我曾經逼迫神的教會。但藉著神的恩典，我成了現在的我，並且神賜給我的恩典沒有落空。不但如此，我比任何使徒更加勞苦做工；其實不是我，而是與我同在的神的恩典。因此無論是我，或是他們，我們都如此傳，你們也就如此信了。既然宣講基督已經從死人中復活了，你們中間怎麼還有些人說沒有死人復活的事呢？

因為我是耶和華你的神，是以色列的聖者，你的拯救者，所以我犧牲埃及作你的贖價，犧牲庫實和西拔替代你。因為你在我眼中看為寶貴、視為尊貴，更因為我愛你，所以我犧牲別人替代你，犧牲萬族替代你的性命。

至於這四個年輕人，神賜給他們在各種文學和智慧上的學識和明達；但以理甚至能領悟各樣的異象和異夢。

所以誰都不要以人誇耀；要知道，一切都屬於你們：無論是保羅、是阿波羅、是磯法、是世界、是生、是死、是現在的事、是將來的事，全都屬於你們；而你們屬於基督，基督屬於神。

我們也知道，神使萬事相輔相成，是為了愛神之人的益處，就是那些按照他的心意蒙召之人的益處。

為我僕人雅各、我所揀選的以色列的緣故，我提你的名召喚你；你雖然不認識我，我卻給你一個尊名。

但以理向王提出請求，王就指派沙德拉克、米沙克、亞伯尼哥管理巴比倫省的事務；但以理卻留在王的宮廷中。

的確，這一切都是為了你們的緣故，好讓恩典藉著更多的人而增多，使感謝充實滿溢，歸於神的榮耀。

如果那些日子不被減少，就沒有一個人能得救。可是為了那些蒙揀選的人，那些日子將被減少。

如果不是主減少了那些日子，就沒有一個人能得救。然而，為了那些蒙揀選的人，就是他所揀選的，他減少了那些日子。
