“ At the time of the end the king of the South will engage him in battle, and the king of the North will storm out against him with chariots and cavalry and a great fleet of ships. He will invade many countries and sweep through them like a flood.

“ A king in the south will go to war against him. It will happen at the time of the end. The king who will honor himself will rush out against him. He will come with chariots and horsemen. He will attack with a lot of ships. He will lead his army into many countries. He will sweep through them like a flood.

“ At the time of the end, the king of the south shall attack him, but the king of the north shall rush upon him like a whirlwind, with chariots and horsemen, and with many ships. And he shall come into countries and shall overflow and pass through.

他们的箭矢锐利，弓已拉开；他们的马蹄看起来像火石，车轮如同旋风。

那些明达的人中有一些倒下，是为了熬炼、洁净明达的人，使他们变得洁白，直到末后的时期，因为所定的时期还没来到。

有关海边旷野的默示：敌人从旷野来了，从可怕之地来了，好像南地的旋风扫过。

于是加百列来到我所站的地方。他一来，我就惊惶失措，脸伏于地。他对我说：“人子啊，你当领悟，这异象是关于末后的时期！”

洪流般的军队在他面前必被冲没、摧毁，立约的领袖也必如此。

看哪！耶和华必在烈火中临到，他的战车好像旋风，为要在怒火中施行他愤怒的报应，在火焰中发出他的斥责；

骑兵的数目有两亿；我听见了它们的数目。

“南方王会强盛，但他的首领中会有一个比他更强盛；这人必另外执掌权柄，他的权柄极大。过了几年，南北结盟。南方王的女儿必嫁给北方王，为了实现合约；但她不能维持自己的势力，南方王的势力也不能存留；这女子和那些带她来的，还有生她的，以及在那些时候扶持她的，都必被交出去。

那些吃他美食的人把他摧毁；他的军队必被冲没，许多人被杀倒下。这两个王，他们的心都倾向作恶，他们同席却彼此说谎，但他们的计谋不会成功，因为结局在所定的时期才会来到。

第六位天使把他的碗倒在幼发拉底大河上，河水就干了，好为那些从东方来的众君王预备道路。
