斯王必任意而行、自高自大、侮慢諸神、以狂妄反常之詞、褻瀆諸神之主、所行無不亨通、直至主怒民降罰已畢、蓋所定之事必應驗、

“ The king will do as he pleases. He will exalt and magnify himself above every god and will say unheard-of things against the God of gods. He will be successful until the time of wrath is completed, for what has been determined must take place.

“ A certain king will do as he pleases. He will honor himself. He will put himself above every god. He will say things against the greatest God of all. Those things have never been heard before. He will have success until God is not angry anymore. What God has decided to do must take place.

“ And the king shall do as he wills. He shall exalt himself and magnify himself above every god, and shall speak astonishing things against the God of gods. He shall prosper till the indignation is accomplished; for what is decreed shall be done.

“ The king will do as he pleases, exalting himself and claiming to be greater than every god, even blaspheming the God of gods. He will succeed, but only until the time of wrath is completed. For what has been determined will surely take place.

此乃背逆自尊者、以抗乎凡稱為上帝、及受崇拜者、甚至坐於上帝殿、自命為上帝、

蓋爾上帝耶和華、為萬神之神、萬主之主、惟皇上帝、有能可畏、不偏視、不受賄、

來攻之者、隨意而行、無能禦之、彼必立於榮美之地、手操毀滅之權、

又予之口、言諸大事、及諸謗讟、又予之權、凡四十有二月、遂啟口出謗讟上帝之言、即其名其幕、並居於天者、

爾心自謂、我將升天、設位於上帝諸星之上、坐於北極聚會之山、

王語但以理曰、爾之上帝、誠為諸神之上帝、諸王之主、顯示秘奧、使爾知此秘奧、

稱謝諸神之神、以其慈惠永存兮、

歷時無幾、我息怒於爾、則遷怒而滅之、

曰、我以震怒末期、所有之事示爾、蓋此異象、乃關末日之定期也、

我見其羊、向西向北向南而觸、凡獸莫能禦之、亦莫能施拯救於其手、彼乃隨意而行、自為強大、

我民其來、入爾室、闔爾門、藏匿須臾、以待忿怒之過、

蓋我降自天、非行己旨、乃行遣我者之旨、

耶和華敗列邦之謀、廢諸民之志兮、

我感於聖神被攜適野、見一婦乘絳獸、七首十角、遍有謗讟之名、

有以大鷹之雙翼授婦、使飛入曠野、至其所、以避蛇、在彼就養、歷一載、二載、又半載、

惟其志維一、誰能易之、其心所欲、則必行之、為我所定、彼必成之、如是之事、彼多有之、

自去日獻之祭、置殘賊可惡之物時、必歷一千二百九十日、凡待至一千三百三十五日者、其人福矣、爾其往哉、以待終期、爾將安息、末日既屆、立於爾業、

我思維其角時、見一小角生於其中、前角中之三角、為小角所拔、小角有目若人、有口出言誇大、

七日乘以六十二後、受膏者必見絕、空諸所有、且有一君之民將至、毀城及聖所、其終若為洪水所淹、戰鬥至終、荒蕪已定、彼與多人將立堅約、歷至七日、一七之間、使祭祀與祭品俱息、殘賊者藉可憎之翼而來、且有忿怒、傾於行毀滅者、至於所定之末期、

我聞河上衣枲衣者、向天舉左右手、指永生者而誓曰、必歷一載二載半載、迨摧聖民之權已盡、則諸事畢焉、

以行爾手爾旨所預定將成者、

將執大權、非由己力、彼必施行毀滅、異於尋常、隨意而行、無不利達、毀滅有能者、爰及聖民、彼用權術、成其詭譎、中心自大、乘民安居、多行殲滅、且起而抗逆萬君之君、然終必見折、非由人手、

我於己無所能行、惟依所聞而鞫、我鞫乃義、以我不求己旨、求遣我者之旨耳、

地上居民、悉若無有、彼於天上軍旅、地上億兆、隨意而行、無能阻其手、或詰之曰、爾何為者、

全能之上帝耶和華、全能之上帝耶和華知之、以色列人亦將知之、如我悖逆耶和華、或干犯之、願其今日不救我、

我自始而示厥終、自昔而言未來之事、謂我所謀者必驗、所悅者必行、

殿外之院、舍之勿量、蓋已予列邦、彼將踐踏聖邑、四十有二月、我將使我二證者、衣麻預言、凡一千二百六十日、

惟於第七使者發聲之日、將吹之時、上帝之奧妙遂成、如所宣嘉音於其僕諸先知也、

又欲知其首之十角、及生於其中之一角、使三角墜於其前者、是角有目、有口出言誇大、其狀大於他角、我視之、見斯角與聖民戰而獲勝、迨年高者至、為至上者之聖民伸冤、聖民得國之期已屆、侍者曰、第四獸、即在世之第四國、異於諸國、將吞噬天下、踐而碎之、其十角即十王、將由此國而興、其後有一王起、異於前者、將服三王、彼出言逆至上者、銷磨其聖民、意欲改易節期法律、聖民將付於其手、歷一載二載半載、

將有英勇之王崛興、以大權施治、隨意而行、

人心多謀、惟耶和華之志必成、

彼乃自大、而敵天象之君、去其日獻之祭、傾其聖所、因討罪而得軍、以敵日獻之祭、委棄真理於地、隨意而行、無不利達、

蓋上帝曾使其心、同懷一意、以行己旨、且以其國予獸、待上帝之言皆應、
