及人所敬之婦亞腓亞、與我共伍亞基布、暨在爾家之會、

我於諸證者前、傳道於爾、宜托忠信者、俾能教眾、

提摩太乎、當守所托之命、棄妄論浮詞、偽為智慧之辯、

昔有預言及爾者、長老按手、錫爾恩賜、切勿自棄、

夫斯人固與我同列、共任此職者也、

當教我民、必別聖與不聖、潔與不潔、有訟事、必當鞫問、遵我法度、在大會中必守我禮儀、法度、以我安息日為聖日、

聖室祭壇、爾當恪守、則以色列族免我震怒。

惟爾事上帝之人、在所必戒、而從義、虔、信、仁、柔、忍、為主道竭力者、善也、爾當務之、俾克受永生、特此故爾奉召、當眾證者前、自明其志、生萬有者上帝也、善自訴於本丟彼拉多前者、基督耶穌也、於上帝暨基督前、余命爾、當守此誡、無玷缺、無可責、迨吾主耶穌基督昭著、

慎乃身、謹乃教、恆于斯、則可救己、亦救聽者、

爾以此勸兄弟、可為耶穌基督忠僕、習信道、從善教、

其所賜者、即使徒、先知、傳福音者、牧師、訓蒙者、

二人於各會、擇立長老、禁食祈禱、薦於其所信之主、
