可是當彼得上到耶路撒冷的時候，那些割禮派的人卻批評他，

所有陪彼得一起來的割禮派的信徒，看見所賜的聖靈也被傾注在外邦人身上，都十分驚訝，

我們做為神的同工，也懇求你們：不可白受神的恩典。

不過他們反而看出來：我受了委託去傳福音給沒有受割禮的人，正如彼得受了委託去傳福音給受割禮的人，因為在彼得裡面做工、使他做受割禮之人使徒的那一位，也在我裡面做工、使我做外邦人的使徒。

我的同工馬可、亞里達古、迪馬斯、路加也都問候你。

然而那安慰卑微之人的神，藉著提多的到來安慰了我們；不僅藉著他的到來，也藉著他從你們所受的安慰，安慰了我們，因他向我們報告了你們的渴望、你們的傷痛、你們對我的熱心，以致使我更加歡喜。

而且他也成為受割禮之人的父，不僅為那些受了割禮的人，還為那些順著我們的先祖亞伯拉罕信心之腳蹤行走的人；亞伯拉罕的信心在他沒有受割禮的時候就已經有了。

基督耶穌的囚犯保羅，以及弟兄提摩太，致我們親愛的弟兄和同工腓利門，

所以弟兄們，在我們的一切困苦和患難中，由於你們的緣故，藉著你們的信心，我們就受到安慰，

是的，我真誠的同伴哪！我也請求你幫助她們兩位。她們在福音工作上曾經與我、克萊門斯，和我的其他同工們一起奮戰，這些人的名字都在生命冊上。

有關我的一切事，特其庫斯會讓你們明白。他是蒙愛的弟兄、忠心的僕人，是在主裡同做奴僕的。

其實阿波羅算什麼？保羅算什麼？都是僕人；藉著他們，你們信了，是照著主所賜給每個人的。我栽種了，阿波羅澆灌了，然而使之生長的還是神。所以，除了使之生長的神，那栽種的和那澆灌的都算不得什麼。栽種的和澆灌的都一樣，只是將來每個人要照著自己的勞苦得自己的報償。實際上，我們是神的同工；你們是神的田地，是神的建築物。

所以你們當記住：從前，你們照著肉體說是外邦人，被那些所謂「受割禮的」稱為「沒受割禮的」；割禮是人手在肉體上所行的。

因為實在有許多不服從的、講虛妄話的、欺騙人的，尤其是那些屬於割禮派的人；

並派了我們的弟兄——在基督的福音工作上的神的同工提摩太，好在信仰上堅固你們、鼓勵你們，
