因为万有都是靠他造的，无论是天上的，地上的；能看见的，不能看见的；或是有位的，主治的，执政的，掌权的；一概都是藉着他造的，又是为他造的。

萬有皆本乎基督而受造焉；無論在天、在地、有形無形之物、以及一切爵位權德諸品天神、未有不因基督、為基督、而受造者也。

For in him all things were created: things in heaven and on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or powers or rulers or authorities; all things have been created through him and for him.

主大無倫、能力、尊榮、盛德、威嚴、悉屬主、凡在天地者、咸歸主、國權歸主、主巍巍乎萬有之上、

欲在期滿時、使萬物或在天或在地者、悉歸於一首、即基督、

救贖爾、自爾初生、初生或作出母胎甄陶爾之主如是云、我乃主創造萬物、獨張諸天、以己力闢地、

萬物所本、萬物所歸者、欲引多子得榮、遂使救之之君、受苦難而得純全、宜也、

在此末世、藉其子諭我儕、天主立子以嗣萬物、且藉子創造諸世界、

凡主所造者、俱適其用、造惡人、日至以降罰、

又曰、主歟、爾太初奠地之基、天亦為爾手所造、天地必滅、惟爾恆存、天地必漸舊如衣然、爾將捲之如衣、皆必更易、惟爾不變、爾壽無疆、

彼乃不可見天主之像、生於萬物之先、

基督為諸執政者秉權者之首、爾曹亦賴之而得全備、

即天主在基督身所顯之大能、由死復活之、使其在天、坐於己右、超諸執政者、操權者、有能者、主治者、及凡有名者之上、不獨在今世、亦在來世也、

敗諸執政者秉權者、擄掠之而示於眾、賴十字架勝之而凱旋、○

今日當知、中心思維、天上地下、獨耶和華為天主、其外無他、

且光照眾人、皆知此奧妙何如、即歷世以來、藏於藉耶穌基督有原文抄本無藉耶穌基督句創造萬物之天主心內之奧妙、使在天執政者、操權者、今藉教會、得知天主無窮之智慧、

主在古初創立地之根基、天亦為主手所造、天地亦必滅亡、惟主永存、天地如衣服漸敝、主更易天地、如更易衣服、天地亦必改變、惟主永世不易、惟主年壽無窮、

彼當受榮過於摩西、猶建家者之尊於其家、蓋凡家必有建之者、建萬有者、天主也、

彼流血在十字架、成就和平、父遂使萬物、無論在天者、在地者、由彼與己復和、

我又聞在天、在地、在地下、在海上、及在海中之萬物云、願頌讚、尊貴、榮光、權力歸於坐寶座者及羔、至於世世、四活物曰、阿們、二十四長老、俯伏崇拜永生之主、

耶穌升天、今在天主之右、諸天使及有權者、有能者、皆服之、

使在天在地在地下者、聞耶穌名、無膝不屈、

報嘉音於郇者、當登高山、報嘉音於耶路撒冷者、當揚爾聲、揚聲勿懼、告猶大城邑、爾天主已臨、主天主臨格、彰顯巨力、賞賚偕之至、偕之至或作在其處事功在其前、主如牧人牧養羊群、以臂集羔羊、抱於懷中、導乳哺之牝羊、掬掌以量海水、布指以度蒼天、以大地之塵埃、盛於量器、以權權山、以衡衡陵、孰能為之哉、

蓋我深知、或死、或生、或天使、或執政者、或有能者、或今時之事、或將來之事、

蓋我所與戰者、非血氣之人、血氣之人原文作血肉乃主宰、權勢、轄此暗世之諸君、及空中空中或作天際之惡魔、

我為己所創立之民、當頌美我德、
