Thus the Lord Jehovah showed me: and, behold, he formed locusts in the beginning of the shooting up of the latter growth; and, lo, it was the latter growth after the king’s mowings.

主耶和华指示我一件事：为王割菜之后，菜又发生；刚发生的时候，主造蝗虫。

主耶和华指示我一件事，在春天作物刚长出时，看哪，主造了蝗虫；看哪，这是王收割后长出的春天作物。

主耶和華示我一事、為王刈草之後、草復萌蘖、是時彼造蝗蟲、

民間蒭蕘、為王所刈、後復萌糵、斯時也、主耶和華以一事示予、草甫萌芽、而蝗蟲生、主使之然、

主天主以一事示我於異象中、人為王刈草之後、草又萌芽、草始萌芽、主使蝗至、

This is what the Sovereign Lord showed me: He was preparing swarms of locusts after the king’s share had been harvested and just as the late crops were coming up.

The Lord and King gave me a vision. He was bringing large numbers of locusts on the land. The king’s share had already been harvested. Now the later crops were coming up.

This is what the Lord God showed me: behold, he was forming locusts when the latter growth was just beginning to sprout, and behold, it was the latter growth after the king’s mowings.

The Sovereign Lord showed me a vision. I saw him preparing to send a vast swarm of locusts over the land. This was after the king’s share had been harvested from the fields and as the main crop was coming up.

The Lord GOD showed me this: He was forming a swarm of locusts at the time the spring crop first began to sprout— after the cutting of the king’s hay.

This is what the Lord God showed me, and behold, He was forming a swarm of locusts when the spring crop began to sprout. And behold, the spring crop was after the king’s mowing.

Thus the Lord GOD showed me: Behold, He formed locust swarms at the beginning of the late crop; indeed it was the late crop after the king’s mowings.

The Lord God showed me this: He was forming a swarm of locusts at the time the spring crop first began to sprout— after the cutting of the king’s hay.

Thus hath the Lord GOD shewed unto me; and, behold, he formed grasshoppers in the beginning of the shooting up of the latter growth; and, lo,[ it was] the latter growth after the king’s mowings.

The sovereign LORD showed me this: I saw him making locusts just as the crops planted late were beginning to sprout.( The crops planted late sprout after the royal harvest.)

Thus the Lord Yahweh showed me: and behold, he formed locusts in the beginning of the shooting up of the latter growth; and behold, it was the latter growth after the king’s harvest.

That which the palmer- worm hath left hath the locust eaten; and that which the locust hath left hath the canker- worm eaten; and that which the canker- worm hath left hath the caterpillar eaten.

Thus the Lord Jehovah showed me: and, behold, a basket of summer fruit.

I have smitten you with blasting and mildew: the multitude of your gardens and your vineyards and your fig- trees and your olive- trees hath the palmer- worm devoured: yet have ye not returned unto me, saith Jehovah.

Moreover the word of Jehovah came unto me, saying, Jeremiah, what seest thou? And I said, I see a rod of an almond- tree.Then said Jehovah unto me, Thou hast well seen: for I watch over my word to perform it.And the word of Jehovah came unto me the second time, saying, What seest thou? And I said, I see a boiling caldron; and the face thereof is from the north.Then Jehovah said unto me, Out of the north evil shall break forth upon all the inhabitants of the land.For, lo, I will call all the families of the kingdoms of the north, saith Jehovah; and they shall come, and they shall set every one his throne at the entrance of the gates of Jerusalem, and against all the walls thereof round about, and against all the cities of Judah.And I will utter my judgments against them touching all their wickedness, in that they have forsaken me, and have burned incense unto other gods, and worshipped the works of their own hands.

Jehovah showed me, and, behold, two baskets of figs set before the temple of Jehovah, after that Nebuchadrezzar king of Babylon had carried away captive Jeconiah the son of Jehoiakim, king of Judah, and the princes of Judah, with the craftsmen and smiths, from Jerusalem, and had brought them to Babylon.

There shall the fire devour thee; the sword shall cut thee off; it shall devour thee like the canker- worm: make thyself many as the canker- worm; make thyself many as the locust.Thou hast multiplied thy merchants above the stars of heaven: the canker- worm ravageth, and fleeth away.Thy princes are as the locusts, and thy marshals as the swarms of grasshoppers, which encamp in the hedges in the cold day, but when the sun ariseth they flee away, and their place is not known where they are.

And Jehovah said unto Moses, Stretch out thy hand over the land of Egypt for the locusts, that they may come up upon the land of Egypt, and eat every herb of the land, even all that the hail hath left.And Moses stretched forth his rod over the land of Egypt, and Jehovah brought an east wind upon the land all that day, and all the night; and when it was morning, the east wind brought the locusts.And the locusts went up over all the land of Egypt, and rested in all the borders of Egypt; very grievous were they; before them there were no such locusts as they, neither after them shall be such.For they covered the face of the whole earth, so that the land was darkened; and they did eat every herb of the land, and all the fruit of the trees which the hail had left: and there remained not any green thing, either tree or herb of the field, through all the land of Egypt.Then Pharaoh called for Moses and Aaron in haste; and he said, I have sinned against Jehovah your God, and against you.

And Jehovah showed me four smiths.

And your spoil shall be gathered as the caterpillar gathereth: as locusts leap shall men leap upon it.

And I will restore to you the years that the locust hath eaten, the canker- worm, and the caterpillar, and the palmer- worm, my great army which I sent among you.

Thus the Lord Jehovah showed me: and, behold, the Lord Jehovah called to contend by fire; and it devoured the great deep, and would have eaten up the land.

Then I spake unto them of the captivity all the things that Jehovah had showed me.

Thus he showed me: and, behold, the Lord stood beside a wall made by a plumb- line, with a plumb- line in his hand.
