那些在锡安平静安逸的，安稳在撒玛利亚山上的，有祸了！你们是这列国中为首之大国的领袖，是以色列家所归向的。

有禍啊！那些舒舒服服在錫安，那些自以為安穩在撒瑪利亞山上的！有禍啊！那些作為列國領袖之傑出者、且為以色列家所歸向的！

安逸於錫安、優游於撒瑪利亞山、著名列邦之首、以色列家所歸者、其人禍哉、

以色列國雄長列邦、其中有名之人、為民所歸、然在郇邑、耽於逸樂、在撒馬利亞山、宴然居處、其禍必不遠矣、

爾曹在郇安逸者、在撒瑪利亞山自謂有倚恃者、在列國中名最著者、以色列人所歸者、必有禍、

Woe to you who are complacent in Zion, and to you who feel secure on Mount Samaria, you notable men of the foremost nation, to whom the people of Israel come!

How terrible it will be for you men who are so contented on Mount Zion! How terrible for you who feel secure on the hill of Samaria! You are famous men from the greatest nation. The people of Israel come to you for help and advice.

“ Woe to those who are at ease in Zion, and to those who feel secure on the mountain of Samaria, the notable men of the first of the nations, to whom the house of Israel comes!

What sorrow awaits you who lounge in luxury in Jerusalem, and you who feel secure in Samaria! You are famous and popular in Israel, and people go to you for help.

Woe to those who are at ease in Zion and to those who feel secure on the hill of Samaria— the notable people in this first of the nations, those the house of Israel comes to.

Woe to those who are carefree in Zion, And to those who feel secure on the mountain of Samaria, The dignitaries of the foremost of nations, To whom the house of Israel comes.

Woe to you who are at ease in Zion, And trust in Mount Samaria, Notable persons in the chief nation, To whom the house of Israel comes!

Woe to them that are at ease in Zion, and to them that are secure in the mountain of Samaria, the notable men of the chief of the nations, to whom the house of Israel come!

Woe to those who are at ease in Zion and to those who feel secure on the hill of Samaria— the notable people in this first of the nations, those the house of Israel comes to.

Woe to them[ that are] at ease in Zion, and trust in the mountain of Samaria,[ which are] named chief of the nations, to whom the house of Israel came!

Woe to those who live in ease in Zion, to those who feel secure on Mount Samaria. They think of themselves as the elite class of the best nation. The family of Israel looks to them for leadership.

Woe to those who are at ease in Zion, and to those who are secure on the mountain of Samaria, the notable men of the chief of the nations, to whom the house of Israel come!

你们在地上享奢华宴乐，把自己养肥了，等候宰杀的日子。

安逸的妇女啊，起来听我的声音！无虑的女子啊，侧耳听我的言语！无虑的女子啊，再过一年，你们必颤栗，因为无葡萄可摘，也无果实可收。安逸的妇女啊，要战兢；无虑的女子啊，要颤栗，要脱去衣服，赤着身体，腰束麻布。

他自己心里想：‘我的出产没有地方储藏，怎么办呢？’就说：‘我要这么办：要把我的仓库拆了，另盖更大的，在那里好储藏我一切的粮食和财物，然后要对我自己说：你这个人哪，你有许多财物积存，可供多年享用，只管安安逸逸吃喝快乐吧！’上帝却对他说：‘无知的人哪！今夜就要你的性命，你所预备的要归谁呢？’

“你们这些撒玛利亚山上的巴珊母牛啊，当听这话！你们欺负贫寒人，压碎贫穷人，对主人说：‘拿酒来，我们喝吧！’

那时，我必用灯巡查耶路撒冷，惩罚那些沉湎在酒渣上的人；他们心里说：‘耶和华必不降福，也不降祸。’

如今你们若真的听从我的话，遵守我的约，就要在万民中作属我的子民，因为全地都是我的。你们要归我作祭司的国度，为神圣的国民。’这些话你要告诉以色列人。”

五人就走了，来到拉亿，见那里的人安居，像西顿人的生活一样安宁无虑，那地无人羞辱他们，无人夺取侵略。他们离西顿人很远，与世无争。

迦勒底人哪，起来！上到安逸无虑的国民那里去，他们是无门无闩、单独居住的。这是耶和华说的。

他按自己的旨意，用真理的道生了我们，使我们在他所造的万物中成为初熟的果子。

摩押自幼年以来常享安逸，如沉淀未被搅动的酒，没有从这器皿倒在那器皿，也未曾被掳掠过。因此，它的原味尚存，香气未变。

唉！先前人口稠密的城市，现在为何独坐！先前在列国中为大的，现在竟如寡妇！先前在各省中为王后的，现在竟成为服苦役的人！

暗利用二他连得银子向撒玛买了撒玛利亚山，在山上建城，按着山的原主撒玛的名，给所建的城起名叫撒玛利亚。

你们要将一切的忧虑卸给上帝，因为他顾念你们。

锡安的罪人都惧怕，战兢抓住不敬虔的人。我们中间有谁能与吞噬的火同住？我们中间有谁能与不灭的火共存呢？

不要倚靠虚谎的话，说：‘这是耶和华的殿，是耶和华的殿，是耶和华的殿！’

那些指着撒玛利亚的罪孽起誓的，说：‘但哪，我们指着你那里的神明起誓’，又说：‘我们指着通往别是巴的路起誓’，这些人都必仆倒，永不再起。”

但你们富足的人有祸了！因为你们已经受过安慰。你们现在饱足的人有祸了！因为你们将要饥饿。你们现在欢笑的人有祸了！因为你们将要哀恸哭泣。
