The Lord made the Pleiades and Orion. He turns midnight into sunrise. He makes the day fade into night. He sends for the waters in the clouds. Then he pours them out on the surface of the land. His name is the Lord.

爾自誕生以來、豈曾命定晨光、使黎明知其所乎、俾光燭照四極、驅逐惡人、

昧爽、耶和華自火雲柱中、俯視埃及軍旅、亂其行伍、脫其車輪、使之難行、埃及人曰、耶和華為以色列族而攻我、我其避之而遁、○耶和華諭摩西曰、伸手指海、使水反淹埃及人、及其車騎、摩西伸手指海、及旦、水復反如故、埃及人趨而避之、耶和華投之於海、法老之軍旅車騎、追隨以色列族入於海者、海水回流、悉淹沒之、靡有孑遺、

惟彼瞽者、我必攜之於不識之途、導之於不識之徑、在彼之前、使暗為光、使曲為直、我將行此、而不之棄、

爾能呼雲、使霖雨沛於爾身乎、

以淵覆之、有若衣服、水高於山兮、爾叱咤發、水即奔逃、爾雷聲作、水即迅逝兮、山乃出、谷乃陷、水歸爾所定之區兮、爾立厥界、俾不踰越、不復返而覆地兮、

其處暗之民、已見大光、處死地陰翳者、有光昇及之、

循牆如瞽者、徧捫如盲人、日中顚趾、無異昏暮、在於健者之間、有若死人、
