其民不知行正、在其宅第中、集不義之財、及強奪之物、

“ They do not know how to do right,” declares the Lord,“ who store up in their fortresses what they have plundered and looted.”

“ They do not know how to do what is right,” announces the Lord.“ They store up stolen goods in their forts.”

“ They do not know how to do right,” declares the Lord,“ those who store up violence and robbery in their strongholds.”

“ My people have forgotten how to do right,” says the Lord.“ Their fortresses are filled with wealth taken by theft and violence.

The people are incapable of doing right— this is the LORD’s declaration— those who store up violence and destruction in their citadels.

But they do not know how to do what is right,” declares the Lord,“ these who store up violence and devastation in their citadels.”

For they do not know to do right,’ Says the Lord,‘ Who store up violence and robbery in their palaces.’”

For they know not to do right, saith Jehovah, who store up violence and robbery in their palaces.

The people are incapable of doing right— this is the Lord’s declaration— those who store up violence and destruction in their citadels.

“ They do not know how to do what is right.”( The LORD is speaking.)“ They store up the spoils of destructive violence in their fortresses.

“ Indeed they don’t know to do right,” says Yahweh,“ Who hoard plunder and loot in their palaces.”

“ My people are fools; they do not know me. They are senseless children; they have no understanding. They are skilled in doing evil; they know not how to do good.” (niv)

On that day I will punish all who avoid stepping on the threshold, who fill the temple of their gods with violence and deceit. (niv)

Do all these evildoers know nothing? They devour my people as though eating bread; they never call on the Lord. (niv)

And he said to me,“ This is the curse that is going out over the whole land; for according to what it says on one side, every thief will be banished, and according to what it says on the other, everyone who swears falsely will be banished.The Lord Almighty declares,‘ I will send it out, and it will enter the house of the thief and the house of anyone who swears falsely by my name. It will remain in that house and destroy it completely, both its timbers and its stones.’” (niv)

But they deliberately forget that long ago by God’s word the heavens came into being and the earth was formed out of water and by water. (niv)

I thought,“ These are only the poor; they are foolish, for they do not know the way of the Lord, the requirements of their God. (niv)

There are those who turn justice into bitterness and cast righteousness to the ground. (niv)

Do horses run on the rocky crags? Does one plow the sea with oxen? But you have turned justice into poison and the fruit of righteousness into bitterness— (niv)

Your gold and silver are corroded. Their corrosion will testify against you and eat your flesh like fire. You have hoarded wealth in the last days.Look! The wages you failed to pay the workers who mowed your fields are crying out against you. The cries of the harvesters have reached the ears of the Lord Almighty. (niv)

Because you have plundered many nations, the peoples who are left will plunder you. For you have shed human blood; you have destroyed lands and cities and everyone in them.“ Woe to him who builds his house by unjust gain, setting his nest on high to escape the clutches of ruin!You have plotted the ruin of many peoples, shaming your own house and forfeiting your life.The stones of the wall will cry out, and the beams of the woodwork will echo it.
