又曰、我必滅亞實突之居民、絕亞實基倫之執政、降罰於以革倫、使非利士人淪胥以亡。

非利士全地啊，不要因那擊打你的杖折斷了而歡喜！因為從蛇的根必生出毒蛇，所生的是會飛的火蛇。最貧弱的人也必有所食，貧窮的人也必安然躺臥；但我卻要用饑荒殺死你的根，你的餘剩之民也要被饑荒所殺。城門哪，哀號吧！城邑啊，哀叫吧！非利士全地啊，消融吧！因為有煙從北方而來，它的隊列中沒有落伍的。

亞述王撒珥根派遣元帥到阿實突的那年，元帥攻打阿實突，並攻取了它。
