Peter sent them all out of the room; then he got down on his knees and prayed. Turning toward the dead woman, he said,“ Tabitha, get up.” She opened her eyes, and seeing Peter she sat up.

But Peter asked them all to leave the room; then he knelt and prayed. Turning to the body he said,“ Get up, Tabitha.” And she opened her eyes! When she saw Peter, she sat up!

Then Peter sent them all out of the room. He knelt down, prayed, and turning toward the body said,“ Tabitha, get up!” She opened her eyes, saw Peter, and sat up.

But Peter put them all forth, and kneeled down, and prayed; and turning[ him] to the body said, Tabitha, arise. And she opened her eyes: and when she saw Peter, she sat up.

But Peter sent them all outside, knelt down, and prayed. Turning to the body, he said,“ Tabitha, get up.” Then she opened her eyes, and when she saw Peter, she sat up.

眾人既被攆出，耶穌就進去，拉着閨女的手，閨女便起來了。

又跪下大聲喊着說：「主啊，不要將這罪歸於他們！」說了這話，就睡了。掃羅也喜悅他被害。

耶穌拉着她的手，呼叫說：「女兒，起來吧！」

他們就嗤笑耶穌。耶穌把他們都攆出去，就帶着孩子的父母和跟隨的人進了孩子所在的地方，就拉着孩子的手，對她說：「大利大，古米！」（翻出來就是說：「閨女，我吩咐你起來！」）那閨女立時起來走。他們就大大地驚奇；閨女已經十二歲了。

以利沙來到，進了屋子，看見孩子死了，放在自己的牀上。他就關上門，只有自己和孩子在裏面，他便祈禱耶和華，上牀伏在孩子身上，口對口，眼對眼，手對手；既伏在孩子身上，孩子的身體就漸漸溫和了。然後他下來，在屋裏來往走了一趟，又上去伏在孩子身上，孩子打了七個噴嚏，就睜開眼睛了。以利沙叫基哈西說：「你叫這書念婦人來」；於是叫了她來。以利沙說：「將你兒子抱起來。」

於是離開他們約有扔一塊石頭那麼遠，跪下禱告，

說了這話，就大聲呼叫說：「拉撒路出來！」那死人就出來了，手腳裹着布，臉上包着手巾。耶穌對他們說：「解開，叫他走！」

以利亞對她說：「把你兒子交給我。」以利亞就從婦人懷中將孩子接過來，抱到他所住的樓中，放在自己的牀上，就求告耶和華說：「耶和華－我的神啊，我寄居在這寡婦的家裏，你就降禍與她，使她的兒子死了嗎？」以利亞三次伏在孩子的身上，求告耶和華說：「耶和華－我的神啊，求你使這孩子的靈魂仍入他的身體！」耶和華應允以利亞的話，孩子的靈魂仍入他的身體，他就活了。以利亞將孩子從樓上抱下來，進屋子交給他母親，說：「看哪，你的兒子活了！」

保羅說完了這話，就跪下同眾人禱告。

過了這幾天，我們就起身前行。他們眾人同妻子兒女，送我們到城外，我們都跪在岸上禱告，彼此辭別。

耶穌看見眾人都跑上來，就斥責那污鬼，說：「你這聾啞的鬼，我吩咐你從他裏頭出來，再不要進去！」
