But Barnabas took him and brought him to the apostles. He told them how Saul on his journey had seen the Lord and that the Lord had spoken to him, and how in Damascus he had preached fearlessly in the name of Jesus.

亞拿尼亞遂往、入室、手按之、曰、兄弟掃羅、爾來時、途中見於爾之主耶穌、遣我使爾得見、且充於聖神、

在耶路撒冷之會、風聞此事、遂遣巴拿巴往安提阿、

掃羅遂偕諸門徒在大馬色數日、即於會堂宣耶穌為上帝子、聞者皆驚異之、曰、此人非在耶路撒冷、殘害籲斯名者、且來此、欲繫之、解於祭司諸長乎、而掃羅之力益增、辯折居大馬色之猶太人、證耶穌為基督、○

保羅巴拿巴、與之大相爭辯、眾定意遣保羅巴拿巴、及會中數人、上耶路撒冷、見使徒長老、以此端問之、

巴拿巴、掃羅、役事既畢、自耶路撒冷而返、約翰稱馬可者偕之、

其事主禁食時、聖神曰、為我甄別巴拿巴、掃羅、行我召彼之事、

亦為我祈、使我於啟口時、毅然闡明福音之奧秘、緣此、我為縲絏中之使者、俾得侃侃而言、如所當言、○

其餘之猶太人、亦相率為偽、甚至巴拿巴亦受其誘而效尤焉、

且雅各磯法約翰、人視為柱石者、因知賜我之恩、則施相交之右手於我及巴拿巴、俾往異邦、而彼往受割者、

抑我及巴拿巴、獨無權不操作乎、

卒見於我、如未及產期而生者、
