This is that Moses, who said to the children of Israel,‘ The Lord our God will raise up a prophet for you from among your brothers, like me.’

那曾对以色列人说‘神要从你们弟兄中间给你们兴起一位先知像我’的，就是这位摩西。

这人是摩西，就是那曾对以色列人说‘上帝要从你们弟兄中给你们兴起一位先知像我’的。

以前那位对以色列人说‘神要从你们弟兄中间，给你们兴起一位先知像我’的，就是这摩西。

“这个人就是摩西，他曾告诉以色列子民：‘神将要从你们兄弟中给你们兴起一位先知，像兴起我一样。’

那曾對以色列人說『神要從你們弟兄中間給你們興起一位先知像我』的，就是這位摩西。

這人是摩西，就是那曾對以色列人說『上帝要從你們弟兄中給你們興起一位先知像我』的。

就是這位摩西曾對以色列人說，『上帝要在你們中間興起一位像我一樣的先知。』

以前那位對以色列人說‘神要從你們弟兄中間，給你們興起一位先知像我’的，就是這摩西。

這就是那一位摩西，那曾對以色列人說：「上帝必從你們弟兄中給你們挺生一位神言人、像挺生了我一樣」的。

「這個人就是摩西，他曾告訴以色列子民：『神將要從你們兄弟中給你們興起一位先知，像興起我一樣。』

曾語以色列眾子曰、上帝將於爾兄弟中、挺生先知若我者、即此摩西也、

謂以色列人、曰、主、爾上帝將於爾昆弟中、挺生先知若我、爾必聽之、

此摩西曾語以色列人云、主爾之天主、將於爾兄弟中、挺生一先知若我者、爾宜聽之、

又謂義塞人曰：「天主將於爾兄弟中、立一先知、正如立我者、」即此摩西也。

“ This is the Moses who told the Israelites,‘ God will raise up for you a prophet like me from your own people.’

“ This is the same Moses who spoke to the Israelites.‘ God will send you a prophet,’ he said.‘ He will be like me. He will come from your own people.’( Deuteronomy 18:15)

“ Moses himself told the people of Israel,‘ God will raise up for you a Prophet like me from among your own people.’

For Moses indeed said to the fathers,‘ The Lord God will raise up a prophet for you from among your brothers, like me. You shall listen to him in all things whatever he says to you.It will be that every soul that will not listen to that prophet will be utterly destroyed from among the people.’

Pilate therefore said to him,“ Are you a king then?” Jesus answered,“ You say that I am a king. For this reason I have been born, and for this reason I have come into the world, that I should testify to the truth. Everyone who is of the truth listens to my voice.”

Behold, Moses and Elijah appeared to them talking with him.Peter answered, and said to Jesus,“ Lord, it is good for us to be here. If you want, let’s make three tents here: one for you, one for Moses, and one for Elijah.”While he was still speaking, behold, a bright cloud overshadowed them. Behold, a voice came out of the cloud, saying,“ This is my beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased. Listen to him.”

This is he who was in the assembly in the wilderness with the angel that spoke to him on Mount Sinai, and with our fathers, who received living revelations to give to us,

Behold, two men were talking with him, who were Moses and Elijah,who appeared in glory, and spoke of his departure, which he was about to accomplish at Jerusalem.

A cloud came, overshadowing them, and a voice came out of the cloud,“ This is my beloved Son. Listen to him.”

Which of you convicts me of sin? If I tell the truth, why do you not believe me?He who is of God hears the words of God. For this cause you don’t hear, because you are not of God.”

Then they answered and said before the king,“ That Daniel, who is of the children of the captivity of Judah, doesn’t respect you, O king, nor the decree that you have signed, but makes his petition three times a day.”

In the time of his distress, he trespassed yet more against Yahweh, this same king Ahaz.
