不管别人用什么诡计，你们都不要上当。因为那日子来临之前，必有离经叛道的事发生，而那不法之徒，就是那注定灭亡的人也要出现。他会抵挡主，高抬自己超过一切所谓的神明和人们崇拜的对象，甚至坐在上帝的殿中以上帝自居！我还在你们那里的时候，曾告诉过你们这些事，你们忘记了吗？现在，你们知道是什么拦阻他，使他等到特定的时间才出现。其实那不法之徒的阴谋已经在酝酿中，然而现在有一位在拦阻他。等到拦阻他的那位一离开，

许多人会效法他们邪恶无耻的行为，致使真理之道被人毁谤。

如果一个一无是处的人自以为了不起，他是自欺。

这些人满腹牢骚，怨天尤人，放纵自己的邪情私欲。他们口出狂言，为了谋利而阿谀奉承他人。

“因此，如果有人对你们说，‘看啊！基督在旷野’，你们不要出去；或者说，‘看啊！基督在屋里’，你们也不要相信。

至于那些德高望重的教会领袖，他们的地位对我来说无关紧要，因为上帝不以貌取人。他们对我所传的并没有增加什么。

在她额上还写了一个神秘的名号：“大巴比伦——地上淫妇及可憎事物之母”。
