於是大家受到鼓勵，也吃了飯。

只是現在我勸你們振作起來，因為你們當中不會有人失去性命，不過會失去這條船。

所以請各位振作起來，因為我相信神怎樣對我說，事情也會怎樣成就。

在我們一切的患難中，他安慰我們，使我們自己能用從神所受的安慰去安慰那些在各樣患難中的人，因為基督的苦難怎樣充充滿滿臨到我們，藉著基督，我們的安慰也照樣充充滿滿。我們如果受患難，是為了你們的安慰和救恩；我們如果受安慰，也是為了你們的安慰；這安慰有功效，使你們能忍耐與我們所受的同樣苦難。

你要等候耶和華！當堅強，也願你的心勇敢。你要等候耶和華！
