After he had said this, he went on to tell them,“ Our friend Lazarus has fallen asleep; but I am going there to wake him up.” (niv)

When the Lord saw her, his heart went out to her and he said,“ Don’t cry.” (niv)

Then Jesus said,“ Did I not tell you that if you believe, you will see the glory of God?” (niv)

Then he stretched himself out on the boy three times and cried out to the Lord,“ Lord my God, let this boy’s life return to him!”The Lord heard Elijah’s cry, and the boy’s life returned to him, and he lived. (niv)
