“ Men of Israel, hear these words! Jesus of Nazareth, a man approved by God to you by mighty works and wonders and signs which God did by him among you, even as you yourselves know,

以色列人乎、宜聽斯言、拿撒勒人耶穌、即上帝曾由彼所行於爾中之大能異蹟奇兆、表著於爾、如爾所知者、

彼得又曰以色列人乎、宜聽我言、爾知上帝以拿撒勒耶穌、行妙用、奇事異跡、於爾中、實為耶穌立據以示爾、

彼得又曰、以色列人、宜聽我言、天主以拿撒勒耶穌、施行異能奇事妙跡於爾曹中、為耶穌立據以示爾、爾曹皆知之、

義塞人乎、當聆吾言！天主藉納匝勒人耶穌、以異能神蹟行於爾中、而為之證、是固爾所知者。

“ Fellow Israelites, listen to this: Jesus of Nazareth was a man accredited by God to you by miracles, wonders and signs, which God did among you through him, as you yourselves know.

“ Fellow Israelites, listen to this! Jesus of Nazareth was a man who had God’s approval. God did miracles, wonders and signs among you through Jesus. You yourselves know this.

“ Men of Israel, hear these words: Jesus of Nazareth, a man attested to you by God with mighty works and wonders and signs that God did through him in your midst, as you yourselves know—

“ People of Israel, listen! God publicly endorsed Jesus the Nazarene by doing powerful miracles, wonders, and signs through him, as you well know.

“ Fellow Israelites, listen to these words: This Jesus of Nazareth was a man attested to you by God with miracles, wonders, and signs that God did among you through him, just as you yourselves know.

“ Men of Israel, listen to these words: Jesus the Nazarene, a Man attested to you by God with miracles and wonders and signs which God performed through Him in your midst, just as you yourselves know—

“ Men of Israel, hear these words: Jesus of Nazareth, a Man attested by God to you by miracles, wonders, and signs which God did through Him in your midst, as you yourselves also know—

Ye men of Israel, hear these words: Jesus of Nazareth, a man approved of God unto you by mighty works and wonders and signs which God did by him in the midst of you, even as ye yourselves know;

“ Men of Israel, listen to these words: This Jesus the Nazarene was a man pointed out to you by God with miracles, wonders, and signs that God did among you through Him, just as you yourselves know.

Ye men of Israel, hear these words; Jesus of Nazareth, a man approved of God among you by miracles and wonders and signs, which God did by him in the midst of you, as ye yourselves also know:

“ Men of Israel, listen to these words: Jesus the Nazarene, a man clearly attested to you by God with powerful deeds, wonders, and miraculous signs that God performed among you through him, just as you yourselves know–

The same came to him by night, and said to him,“ Rabbi, we know that you are a teacher come from God, for no one can do these signs that you do, unless God is with him.”

Don’t you believe that I am in the Father, and the Father in me? The words that I tell you, I speak not from myself; but the Father who lives in me does his works.Believe me that I am in the Father, and the Father in me; or else believe me for the very works’ sake.

But if I by the Spirit of God cast out demons, then God’s Kingdom has come upon you.

But if I by God’s finger cast out demons, then God’s Kingdom has come to you.

God also testifying with them, both by signs and wonders, by various works of power and by gifts of the Holy Spirit, according to his own will?

But when the multitudes saw it, they marveled and glorified God, who had given such authority to men.

may it be known to you all, and to all the people of Israel, that in the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, whom you crucified, whom God raised from the dead, this man stands here before you whole in him.

Jesus said to her,“ Didn’t I tell you that if you believed, you would see God’s glory?”So they took away the stone from the place where the dead man was lying. Jesus lifted up his eyes, and said,“ Father, I thank you that you listened to me.I know that you always listen to me, but because of the multitude standing around I said this, that they may believe that you sent me.”

For we have heard him say that this Jesus of Nazareth will destroy this place, and will change the customs which Moses delivered to us.”

you yourselves know what happened, which was proclaimed throughout all Judea, beginning from Galilee, after the baptism which John preached;even Jesus of Nazareth, how God anointed him with the Holy Spirit and with power, who went about doing good and healing all who were oppressed by the devil, for God was with him.

When they had arrived, and had gathered the assembly together, they reported all the things that God had done with them, and that he had opened a door of faith to the nations.

The multitude therefore that was with him when he called Lazarus out of the tomb and raised him from the dead was testifying about it.

If I don’t do the works of my Father, don’t believe me.

The chief priests therefore and the Pharisees gathered a council, and said,“ What are we doing? For this man does many signs.

When therefore the people saw the sign which Jesus did, they said,“ This is truly the prophet who comes into the world.”

Don’t be afraid, you worm Jacob, and you men of Israel. I will help you,” says Yahweh.“ Your Redeemer is the Holy One of Israel.

Pilate wrote a title also, and put it on the cross. There was written,“ JESUS OF NAZARETH, THE KING OF THE JEWS.”

But the testimony which I have is greater than that of John, for the works which the Father gave me to accomplish, the very works that I do, testify about me, that the Father has sent me.

Now when John heard in the prison the works of Christ, he sent two of his disciplesand said to him,“ Are you he who comes, or should we look for another?”Jesus answered them,“ Go and tell John the things which you hear and see:the blind receive their sight, the lame walk, the lepers are cleansed, the deaf hear, the dead are raised up, and the poor have good news preached to them.Blessed is he who finds no occasion for stumbling in me.”

“ I myself most certainly thought that I ought to do many things contrary to the name of Jesus of Nazareth.

Truly the signs of an apostle were worked among you in all perseverance, in signs and wonders and mighty works.

Paul stood up, and beckoning with his hand said,“ Men of Israel, and you who fear God, listen.

Philip found Nathanael, and said to him,“ We have found him, of whom Moses in the law, and the prophets, wrote: Jesus of Nazareth, the son of Joseph.”

Don’t work for the food which perishes, but for the food which remains to eternal life, which the Son of Man will give to you. For God the Father has sealed him.”

When the men had come to him, they said,“ John the Baptizer has sent us to you, saying,‘ Are you he who comes, or should we look for another?’”In that hour he cured many of diseases and plagues and evil spirits; and to many who were blind he gave sight.Jesus answered them,“ Go and tell John the things which you have seen and heard: that the blind receive their sight, the lame walk, the lepers are cleansed, the deaf hear, the dead are raised up, and the poor have good news preached to them.Blessed is he who finds no occasion for stumbling in me.”

One of them, named Cleopas, answered him,“ Are you the only stranger in Jerusalem who doesn’t know the things which have happened there in these days?”

But of the multitude, many believed in him. They said,“ When the Christ comes, he won’t do more signs than those which this man has done, will he?”

When Peter saw it, he responded to the people,“ You men of Israel, why do you marvel at this man? Why do you fasten your eyes on us, as though by our own power or godliness we had made him walk?

I answered,‘ Who are you, Lord?’ He said to me,‘ I am Jesus of Nazareth, whom you persecute.’

crying out,“ Men of Israel, help! This is the man who teaches all men everywhere against the people, and the law, and this place. Moreover, he also brought Greeks into the temple, and has defiled this holy place!”

He said to them,“ You men of Israel, be careful concerning these men, what you are about to do.

But Jesus answered them,“ My Father is still working, so I am working, too.”For this cause therefore the Jews sought all the more to kill him, because he not only broke the Sabbath, but also called God his own Father, making himself equal with God.Jesus therefore answered them,“ Most certainly, I tell you, the Son can do nothing of himself, but what he sees the Father doing. For whatever things he does, these the Son also does likewise.For the Father has affection for the Son, and shows him all things that he himself does. He will show him greater works than these, that you may marvel.

Jesus therefore said to him,“ Unless you see signs and wonders, you will in no way believe.”

and came and lived in a city called Nazareth; that it might be fulfilled which was spoken through the prophets that he will be called a Nazarene.

For we have found this man to be a plague, an instigator of insurrections among all the Jews throughout the world, and a ringleader of the sect of the Nazarenes.

If this man were not from God, he could do nothing.”

If I hadn’t done among them the works which no one else did, they wouldn’t have had sin. But now they have seen and also hated both me and my Father.

For the king knows of these things, to whom also I speak freely. For I am persuaded that none of these things is hidden from him, for this has not been done in a corner.
