且由一本造萬邦之人、以居全地、時以定之、界以限之、

主造萬國、本於一脈、地以居之、時以定之、界以限之、

且造人類萬族、本於一脈、使居於遍地、又定其時日、及所居之疆界、

天主本於一脈締造萬族、以居大地、定其期限、劃其疆界、

From one man he made all the nations, that they should inhabit the whole earth; and he marked out their appointed times in history and the boundaries of their lands.

From one man he made all the people of the world. Now they live all over the earth. He decided exactly when they should live. And he decided exactly where they should live.

And he made from one man every nation of mankind to live on all the face of the earth, having determined allotted periods and the boundaries of their dwelling place,

From one man he created all the nations throughout the whole earth. He decided beforehand when they should rise and fall, and he determined their boundaries.

From one man he has made every nationality to live over the whole earth and has determined their appointed times and the boundaries of where they live.

and he made of one every nation of men to dwell on all the face of the earth, having determined their appointed seasons, and the bounds of their habitation;

From one man He has made every nationality to live over the whole earth and has determined their appointed times and the boundaries of where they live.

And hath made of one blood all nations of men for to dwell on all the face of the earth, and hath determined the times before appointed, and the bounds of their habitation;

From one man he made every nation of the human race to inhabit the entire earth, determining their set times and the fixed limits of the places where they would live,

「要回顧往昔，追溯歷史；問你們的父親，他們必回答你們；問你們的長者，他們必告訴你們。當初，至高者賜萬國產業，把人類分開，祂依照天使的數目，為萬族定疆界。

因為正如在亞當裡眾人都死了，同樣，在基督裡眾人也都要復活。

亞當給他的妻子取名叫夏娃，因為她是眾生之母。

因此，罪怎樣從一個人進入世界並帶來了死亡，死亡也怎樣臨到了全人類，因為全人類都犯了罪。沒有律法之前，罪已經在世上了；但沒有律法，罪也不算為罪。事實上，從亞當到摩西的時代，死亡一直辖制著人類，甚至連那些不與亞當犯同樣罪的人也不能倖免。亞當是將要來的那位的預表。然而，上帝的洪恩遠超過亞當的過犯。若因一人的過犯，眾人都要死亡，那麼上帝的恩典，也就是通過耶穌基督一人所賜的恩典，豈不要更豐富地臨到眾人嗎？再者，上帝的恩賜不同於一人犯罪的後果。一人犯罪便帶來審判和定罪，恩賜卻使眾人罪惡得赦、被稱為義人。如果因一人的過犯，死亡就藉著那人作了王，那麼接受上帝洪恩又得到祂所賜之義的人，豈不更要藉著耶穌基督一人在生命中作王嗎？如此說來，因為一人的過犯，眾人都被定罪；照樣，因為一人的義行，眾人都被稱為義人，得到生命。因為一人的悖逆，眾人成為罪人；照樣，因為一人的順服，眾人將被稱為義人。

第一個人亞當來自地上，是用塵土造的，但第二個人基督來自天上。

難道我們不是出於同一位父親，由同一位上帝所造嗎？為何我們竟彼此欺騙，背棄上帝與我們祖先所立的約呢？

我的時日都掌握在你手中，求你救我脫離仇敵和追逼我的人。

祂使列國興起又滅亡，祂使列國擴張又崩潰。

挪亞這三個兒子的後代遍佈天下。

兩個王心懷叵測，同席而坐，爾虞我詐，但都不成功，因為結局必在所定的時間到來。

人的年日已被限定，你掌管他的歲月，設定他無法逾越的界限。

有些智者將被害，但這是為了熬煉、淨化他們，使他們潔白無瑕，一直到末了。因為結局必在所定的時間到來。

城門啊，哀號吧！城邑啊，哭喊吧！非利士人啊，戰抖吧！因為有陣容整齊的軍隊從北方如塵煙滾滾而來。

我們若忽略了這麼大的救恩，怎能逃避懲罰呢？這救恩首先由主親口宣講出來，後來由聽見的人向我們證實了。

你們要彼此商議，陳明你們的理由。誰早已預言過今天發生的事？誰很久以前就說過這些預言？難道不是我耶和華嗎？除我以外別無他神。我是公義的上帝，我是救主，除我以外別無他神。

祂從亙古就顯明了這事。
