The word of the Lord spread through the whole region.

So the preaching about God flourished, the number of the disciples in Jerusalem multiplied greatly, and a large group of priests became obedient to the faith.

And this went on for two years, so that all the inhabitants of Asia, both Jews and Greeks, heard the message about the Lord.

You both see and hear that not only in Ephesus, but in almost all of Asia, this man Paul has persuaded and misled a considerable number of people by saying that gods made by hand are not gods!

so that it has become known throughout the whole imperial guard, and to everyone else, that my imprisonment is in the cause of Christ.Most of the brothers in the Lord have gained confidence from my imprisonment and dare even more to speak the message fearlessly.
