圣灵对腓利说：“你上前去，贴近那马车走。”

那就是：神的义藉着对耶稣基督的信仰，临到所有信的人，并没有分别。

彼得就请他们进来，招待了他们。第二天，他起身与他们一同去，还有一些约帕的弟兄陪他一起去。

无论是藉着灵，还是藉着话语，或藉着一封好像是来自我们的书信，说主的日子已经来到了，你们都不要轻易被摇动而失去理性，也不要惊慌；

约瑟思考这些事以后，忽然主的一位天使在约瑟梦中显现，说：“大卫的后裔约瑟，不要怕迎娶玛丽亚做你的妻子，因为她里面所怀的是由圣灵而来的。

又藉着信洁净了他们的心，在我们和他们之间不做什么区别。

圣灵既然阻止他们在亚细亚省传讲福音，他们就走遍弗里吉亚和加拉太地区。他们来到密细亚地区的边界，试着要往比提尼亚省去，可是耶稣的灵不允许。

所有陪彼得一起来的割礼派的信徒，看见所赐的圣灵也被倾注在外邦人身上，都十分惊讶，

圣灵和新娘都说：“来吧！”那听见的人也当说：“来吧！”干渴的人也当来；愿意的人，当无偿地接受生命之水。

这样，他们两个人受圣灵的差遣，就下到塞琉西亚，又从那里坐船前往塞浦路斯岛，

彼得还在思考那异象的时候，圣灵对他说：“看哪，有三个人来找你！你起来，下去与他们一起走，不要有任何疑惑，因为是我派他们来的。”

经过了许多辩论，彼得站起来对他们说：“各位弟兄，你们知道前些时候神在你们中间施行拣选，要外邦人藉着我的口听到福音之道，得以相信。

他们在服事主、禁食的时候，圣灵说：“来，你们把巴拿巴和扫罗为我分别出来，去做我所召唤他们做的工作！”

不过当那位真理的灵来了，他就会引导你们进入一切真理。那时，他不会凭着自己说话，只把所听到的说出来，并且把那些就要来的事传讲给你们。
