故我令爾記憶、俾於上主之恩賜復熾、即由我按手而在爾衷者、

为此我提醒你，使你将神藉我按手所给你的恩赐再如火挑旺起来。

我素按手、錫爾上帝恩賜、我使爾追憶、如火復然、

因此我勸爾以天主之恩賜、即因我按手所賜於爾者、再發動之、如火復熾、

予昔親自為汝行覆手之禮、汝即受有天主之寵光、務望將斯寵光、重復燃起、令其煥然一新。

勿忽爾衷之恩賜、乃由預言及長老按手而予者、

各依所受恩賜以相施、如忠信之執事、司上帝鴻恩者、或宣道則依上帝之詔、或執事則依上帝所賜之能、致上帝由耶穌基督凡事受榮、願榮與權歸之、爰及世世、阿們、○

既依所賦之恩、受賜有別、或預言、則依信量、或役事、則役事、或教誨、則教誨、或勸慰、則勸慰、濟者以誠、治者以勤、矜者以樂、

毋熄聖神、

宜宣道、無論得時與否、必專務之、以恆忍訓誨、而質證、斥責、勸勉、

愛友乎、我今以此後書遺爾、俱以勵爾誠心、俾爾記憶、

爾雖知此、且堅定於所得之真理、我必恆使爾憶之、

或與金五千、或與二千、或與一千、各因其才、遂往、受五千者、往而貿易、又獲五千、受二千者、亦獲二千、惟受一千者、往而掘地、藏其主之金、久之、主歸、與之會計、受五千者至、又攜五千曰、主付我五千、又獲五千矣、主曰、俞、善而忠之僕也、爾於寡者既忠、我將以多者任爾、可進於爾主之樂也、受二千者至、曰、主付我二千、又獲二千矣、主曰、俞、善而忠之僕也、爾於寡者既忠、我將以多者任爾、可進於爾主之樂也、受一千者亦至、曰、主、我知爾乃忍人、未播之處而穫、未散之處而斂、是以我懼、藏爾金於地、今爾故物猶存、主曰、惡且惰之僕乎、爾知我未播而穫、未散而斂、則當以我金付金商、我至時、得以取其本、而獲其息、可奪其一千、予有十千者、蓋有者將予之、使其有餘、無者並其所有亦奪之、其無益之僕、逐於幽暗、在彼有哀哭切齒矣、○

凡婦具有慧心、而受感者、則紡山羊毛、

於是手按之、遂受聖神、西門見使徒按手、即有聖神下賜、乃獻之以金、曰、

保羅為之按手、聖神臨之、遂言諸方言及預言、

爾雖悉知之、我今欲令爾憶之、即主救民出埃及地、後滅其不信者、

爾其使我追憶、互相辯論、陳爾之事、或可稱義、

爾當使眾憶此、於主前諭之、勿為言詞爭競、不第無益、且傾覆聽者、

召其僕十人、予金十斤、謂之曰、貿易以待我來、

爾以此提撕兄弟、即為耶穌基督善役、蒙育於道之言、及爾所率之善教焉、

摩西召比撒列與亞何利亞伯、及諸具有慧心之人、即耶和華賦以聰明、衷懷受感、而來造作者、

以及施洗、按手、死者復起、永世之鞫、諸訓是也、
