弟兄们，我们奉主耶稣基督的名吩咐你们，凡是游手好闲的弟兄，不按着你们从我们所领受的教训去行，就应当远离他。

兄弟乎、凡有兄弟妄為、不遵由我儕所受之道、我以主耶穌基督之名、命爾當遠之、

吾儕以吾主耶穌基督名義、囑我兄弟、遠離寡廉鮮恥、不守吾人規範之兄弟。

In the name of the Lord Jesus Christ, we command you, brothers and sisters, to keep away from every believer who is idle and disruptive and does not live according to the teaching you received from us.

Brothers and sisters, here is a command we give you. We give it in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ. Keep away from every believer who doesn’t want to work and makes trouble. Keep away from any believer who doesn’t live up to the teaching you received from us.

Now we command you, brothers, in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, that you keep away from any brother who is walking in idleness and not in accord with the tradition that you received from us.

And now, dear brothers and sisters, we give you this command in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ: Stay away from all believers who live idle lives and don’t follow the tradition they received from us.

Now we command you, brothers and sisters, in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, to keep away from every brother or sister who is idle and does not live according to the tradition received from us.

Now we command you, brothers and sisters, in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, that you keep away from every brother or sister who leads a disorderly life and not one in accordance with the tradition which you received from us.

Now we command you, brothers, in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, that you withdraw yourselves from every brother who walks in rebellion, and not after the tradition which they received from us.

我们在你们那里的时候，曾经吩咐过你们，如果有人不肯作工，就不可吃饭。因为我们听说，你们中间有人游手好闲，什么工也不作，反倒专管闲事。

你们自己本来就知道应当怎样效法我们，因为我们在你们中间并没有游手好闲，

就是当你们奉我们主耶稣的名聚集在一起，我的灵在那里，我们主耶稣的权能也同在的时候，

弟兄们，我们劝你们，要警戒游手好闲的人，勉励灰心丧志的人，扶助软弱无力的人，也要容忍所有的人。

所以弟兄们，你们要站立得稳；你们所领受的教训，无论是我们口传的，或是信上写的，都要持守。

凡你们所作的，无论是言语或行为，都要奉主耶稣的名，藉着他感谢父神。

弟兄们，我劝你们要提防那些离间你们、绊倒你们、使你们违反你们所学的教义的人。你们也要避开他们，

此外，弟兄们，我们在主耶稣里求你们，劝你们，你们既然接受了我们的教训，知道应该怎样行事为人，并且怎样讨神喜悦，就要照你们现在所行的更进一步。

你们饶恕谁，我也饶恕谁；我所饶恕了的（如果我饶恕过什么），是为了你们在基督面前饶恕的，

有敬虔的形式，却否定敬虔的能力；这些人你应当避开。

我在神面前，并且在那将要审判活人死人的基督耶稣面前，凭着他的显现和国度叮嘱你：

你们要小心，免得有人失去了神的恩典；免得有苦根长起来缠绕你们，因而污染了许多人；又免得有人成为淫乱的和贪恋世俗的，好像以扫一样，为了一点点食物，竟把自己长子的名分出卖了。

又要立志过安静的生活，办自己的事，亲手作工，正如我们从前吩咐过你们，

如果有人不听从我们这封信上的训勉，要把这个人记下来，不可和他来往，好叫他自己觉得惭愧。但不要把他看作仇敌，却要劝他好像劝弟兄一样。

如果他再不听，就告诉教会；如果连教会他也不听，就把他看作教外人和税吏吧。

但现在我写信告诉你们，如果有称为弟兄，却是行淫乱、贪心、拜偶像、辱骂人、醉酒或勒索的，这样的人，不可和他来往，连和他吃饭都不可。审判教外的人，跟我有什么关系？教内的人不是你们审判的吗？至于教外的人，神会审判他们。你们要把那恶人从你们中间赶出去。

所以，我要这样说，并且要在主里肯定地说：你们行事为人不要再像教外人，存着虚妄的意念。

我称赞你们，因为你们在一切事上都记念我，又持守我传交给你们的教训。

我在赐生命给万物的神面前，并那在本丢．彼拉多面前见证过美好的信仰的基督耶稣面前嘱咐你，你当毫无玷污，无可指摘地持守这命令，直到我们主耶稣基督的显现。

我在神和基督耶稣以及蒙拣选的天使面前叮嘱你，要毫无成见地持守这些话，行事也不要偏心。

就和那些心术败坏，丧失真理的人不断地争吵。他们视敬虔为得利的门路。
