and so that all will be condemned who have not believed the truth but have delighted in wickedness.

Many will not believe the truth. They will take pleasure in evil. They will be judged.

in order that all may be condemned who did not believe the truth but had pleasure in unrighteousness.

Then they will be condemned for enjoying evil rather than believing the truth.

They will be paid back with harm for the harm they have done. Their idea of pleasure is to carouse in broad daylight. They are blots and blemishes, reveling in their pleasures while they feast with you.With eyes full of adultery, they never stop sinning; they seduce the unstable; they are experts in greed— an accursed brood!They have left the straight way and wandered off to follow the way of Balaam son of Bezer, who loved the wages of wickedness. The Lord examines the righteous, but the wicked, those who love violence, he hates with a passion. (niv)

You love evil rather than good, falsehood rather than speaking the truth.You love every harmful word, you deceitful tongue! (niv)

For God did not appoint us to suffer wrath but to receive salvation through our Lord Jesus Christ. (niv)

It is mine to avenge; I will repay. In due time their foot will slip; their day of disaster is near and their doom rushes upon them.” (niv)

But to the wicked person, God says:“ What right have you to recite my laws or take my covenant on your lips?You hate my instruction and cast my words behind you.When you see a thief, you join with him; you throw in your lot with adulterers.You use your mouth for evil and harness your tongue to deceit.You sit and testify against your brother and slander your own mother’s son.When you did these things and I kept silent, you thought I was exactly like you. But I now arraign you and set my accusations before you. (niv)

Whoever believes and is baptized will be saved, but whoever does not believe will be condemned. (niv)
