And David said unto him, Fear not: for I will surely shew thee kindness for Jonathan thy father’s sake, and will restore thee all the land of Saul thy father; and thou shalt eat bread at my table continually.

大卫说：“你不用害怕，我要因为和你父亲约拿单的情义而恩待你。我要把你祖父扫罗所有的田地归还给你，你要常与我同席吃饭。”

大卫对他说：“你不要怕，我必因你父亲约拿单的缘故，以慈爱待你，把你祖父扫罗所有的田地都归还给你；你也可以常常与我同席吃饭。”

大衛說：「你不要懼怕，我必因你父親約拿單的緣故施恩與你，將你祖父掃羅的一切田地都歸還你；你也可以常與我同席吃飯。」

大衛對他說：“你不要怕，我必因你父親約拿單的緣故，以慈愛待你，把你祖父掃羅所有的田地都歸還給你；你也可以常常與我同席吃飯。”

大衛對他說：『你不要怕；我一定要因你父親約拿單的緣故以厚愛待你，將你祖父掃羅的一切田地都歸還你；你也可以經常在我席上喫飯。』

大衛對他說：「你不要害怕，我必因你父親約拿單的緣故，以恩慈對待你。我要把你祖父掃羅的所有田地都歸還給你，你要常與我同席吃飯。」

大衛曰、毋懼、我緣爾父約拿單故、必施仁慈於爾、以爾祖掃羅之田、悉反於爾、爾可恆食於我席、

大闢曰、毋畏、我緣爾父約拿單之故、施恩於爾、以祖掃羅之產業、復賜於爾、使爾恆偕我食。

大衛曰、勿懼、我緣爾父約拿單故、施恩於爾、以爾祖掃羅一切田畝、復歸於爾、並使爾恆食於我席、

“ Don’t be afraid,” David said to him,“ for I will surely show you kindness for the sake of your father Jonathan. I will restore to you all the land that belonged to your grandfather Saul, and you will always eat at my table.”

“ Don’t be afraid,” David told him.“ You can be sure that I will be kind to you because of your father Jonathan. I’ll give back to you all the land that belonged to your grandfather Saul. And I’ll always provide what you need.”

And David said to him,“ Do not fear, for I will show you kindness for the sake of your father Jonathan, and I will restore to you all the land of Saul your father, and you shall eat at my table always.”

“ Don’t be afraid!” David said.“ I intend to show kindness to you because of my promise to your father, Jonathan. I will give you all the property that once belonged to your grandfather Saul, and you will eat here with me at the king’s table!”

“ Don’t be afraid,” David said to him,“ since I intend to show you kindness for the sake of your father Jonathan. I will restore to you all your grandfather Saul’s fields, and you will always eat meals at my table.”

Then David said to him,“ Do not be afraid, for I will assuredly show kindness to you for the sake of your father Jonathan, and I will restore to you all the land of your grandfather Saul; and you yourself shall eat at my table regularly.”

So David said to him,“ Do not fear, for I will surely show you kindness for Jonathan your father’s sake, and will restore to you all the land of Saul your grandfather; and you shall eat bread at my table continually.”

And David said unto him, Fear not; for I will surely show thee kindness for Jonathan thy father’s sake, and will restore thee all the land of Saul thy father; and thou shalt eat bread at my table continually.

“ Don’t be afraid,” David said to him,“ since I intend to show you kindness because of your father Jonathan. I will restore to you all your grandfather Saul’s fields, and you will always eat meals at my table.”

David said to him,“ Don’t be afraid, because I will certainly extend kindness to you for the sake of Jonathan your father. You will be a regular guest at my table.”

David said to him,“ Don’t be afraid; for I will surely show you kindness for Jonathan your father’s sake, and will restore to you all the land of Saul your father. You will eat bread at my table continually.”

And David said, Is there yet any that is left of the house of Saul, that I may shew him kindness for Jonathan’s sake?

For all[ of] my father’s house were but dead men before my lord the king: yet didst thou set thy servant among them that did eat at thine own table. What right therefore have I yet to cry any more unto the king?

But shew kindness unto the sons of Barzillai the Gileadite, and let them be of those that eat at thy table: for so they came to me when I fled because of Absalom thy brother.

And the king said,[ Is] there not yet any of the house of Saul, that I may shew the kindness of God unto him? And Ziba said unto the king, Jonathan hath yet a son,[ which is] lame on[ his] feet.

And changed his prison garments: and he did eat bread continually before him all the days of his life.

And all the people said unto Samuel, Pray for thy servants unto the LORD thy God, that we die not: for we have added unto all our sins[ this] evil, to ask us a king.And Samuel said unto the people, Fear not: ye have done all this wickedness: yet turn not aside from following the LORD, but serve the LORD with all your heart;

But the woman fearing and trembling, knowing what was done in her, came and fell down before him, and told him all the truth.And he said unto her, Daughter, thy faith hath made thee whole; go in peace, and be whole of thy plague.

Give us this day our daily bread.

And Boaz answered and said unto her, It hath fully been shewed me, all that thou hast done unto thy mother in law since the death of thine husband: and[ how] thou hast left thy father and thy mother, and the land of thy nativity, and art come unto a people which thou knewest not heretofore.The LORD recompense thy work, and a full reward be given thee of the LORD God of Israel, under whose wings thou art come to trust.

Only fear the LORD, and serve him in truth with all your heart: for consider how great[ things] he hath done for you.

And he said, Peace[ be] to you, fear not: your God, and the God of your father, hath given you treasure in your sacks: I had your money. And he brought Simeon out unto them.

Then said Ziba unto the king, According to all that my lord the king hath commanded his servant, so shall thy servant do. As for Mephibosheth,[ said the king], he shall eat at my table, as one of the king’s sons.

And when Zacharias saw[ him], he was troubled, and fear fell upon him.But the angel said unto him, Fear not, Zacharias: for thy prayer is heard; and thy wife Elisabeth shall bear thee a son, and thou shalt call his name John.

Yea, mine own familiar friend, in whom I trusted, which did eat of my bread, hath lifted up[ his] heel against me.

And the king said unto Barzillai, Come thou over with me, and I will feed thee with me in Jerusalem.

Strengthen ye the weak hands, and confirm the feeble knees.Say to them[ that are] of a fearful heart, Be strong, fear not: behold, your God will come[ with] vengeance,[ even] God[ with] a recompence; he will come and save you.

And when she saw[ him], she was troubled at his saying, and cast in her mind what manner of salutation this should be.And the angel said unto her, Fear not, Mary: for thou hast found favour with God.

And his brethren also went and fell down before his face; and they said, Behold, we[ be] thy servants.And Joseph said unto them, Fear not: for[ am] I in the place of God?But as for you, ye thought evil against me;[ but] God meant it unto good, to bring to pass, as[ it is] this day, to save much people alive.Now therefore fear ye not: I will nourish you, and your little ones. And he comforted them, and spake kindly unto them.

And the slain of the LORD shall be at that day from[ one] end of the earth even unto the[ other] end of the earth: they shall not be lamented, neither gathered, nor buried; they shall be dung upon the ground.Howl, ye shepherds, and cry; and wallow yourselves[ in the ashes], ye principal of the flock: for the days of your slaughter and of your dispersions are accomplished; and ye shall fall like a pleasant vessel.

The Lord give mercy unto the house of Onesiphorus; for he oft refreshed me, and was not ashamed of my chain:But, when he was in Rome, he sought me out very diligently, and found[ me].The Lord grant unto him that he may find mercy of the Lord in that day: and in how many things he ministered unto me at Ephesus, thou knowest very well.

And the men were afraid, because they were brought into Joseph’s house; and they said, Because of the money that was returned in our sacks at the first time are we brought in; that he may seek occasion against us, and fall upon us, and take us for bondmen, and our asses.

And I gave thee thy master’s house, and thy master’s wives into thy bosom, and gave thee the house of Israel and of Judah; and if[ that had been] too little, I would moreover have given unto thee such and such things.

That ye may eat and drink at my table in my kingdom, and sit on thrones judging the twelve tribes of Israel.

Behold, I stand at the door, and knock: if any man hear my voice, and open the door, I will come in to him, and will sup with him, and he with me.
