就在那时候，耶和华与亚伯兰立约说：“我已经把这地赐给你的后裔了，就是从埃及河直到幼发拉底河之地；

我要限定你的境界，从红海直到非利士海，从旷野直到大河。我要把那地的居民交在你手中，你要把他们从你面前驱逐出去。

他要执掌权柄，从这海到那海，从大河直到地极。

你们脚掌所踏的地，都必属于你们；从旷野到黎巴嫩，从幼发拉底河直到西海，都要作你们的境界。
