And David inquired of the Lord,“ Shall I go up against the Philistines? Will you give them into my hand?” And the Lord said to David,“ Go up, for I will certainly give the Philistines into your hand.”

大衛問主曰、我上而攻非利士人可乎、主以彼付於我手乎、主諭大衛曰、可上、我必以彼付於爾手、

so David inquired of the Lord,“ Shall I go and attack the Philistines? Will you deliver them into my hands?” The Lord answered him,“ Go, for I will surely deliver the Philistines into your hands.”

So David asked the Lord for advice. He said,“ Should I go and attack the Philistines? Will you hand them over to me?” The Lord answered him,“ Go. I will surely hand over the Philistines to you.”

So David asked the Lord,“ Should I go out to fight the Philistines? Will you hand them over to me?” The Lord replied to David,“ Yes, go ahead. I will certainly hand them over to you.”

Then David inquired of the LORD:“ Should I attack the Philistines? Will you hand them over to me?” The LORD replied to David,“ Attack, for I will certainly hand the Philistines over to you.”

So David inquired of the Lord, saying,“ Shall I go up against the Philistines? Will You hand them over to me?” And the Lord said to David,“ Go up, for I will certainly hand the Philistines over to you.”

So David inquired of the Lord, saying,“ Shall I go up against the Philistines? Will You deliver them into my hand?” And the Lord said to David,“ Go up, for I will doubtless deliver the Philistines into your hand.”

And David inquired of Jehovah, saying, Shall I go up against the Philistines? wilt thou deliver them into my hand? And Jehovah said unto David, Go up; for I will certainly deliver the Philistines into thy hand.

Then David inquired of the Lord:“ Should I go to war against the Philistines? Will you hand them over to me?” The Lord replied to David,“ Go, for I will certainly hand the Philistines over to you.”

And David enquired of the LORD, saying, Shall I go up to the Philistines? wilt thou deliver them into mine hand? And the LORD said unto David, Go up: for I will doubtless deliver the Philistines into thine hand.

So David asked the LORD,“ Should I march up against the Philistines? Will you hand them over to me?” The LORD said to David,“ March up, for I will indeed hand the Philistines over to you.”

David inquired of Yahweh, saying,“ Shall I go up against the Philistines? Will you deliver them into my hand?” Yahweh said to David,“ Go up; for I will certainly deliver the Philistines into your hand.”

After this David inquired of the Lord,“ Shall I go up into any of the cities of Judah?” And the Lord said to him,“ Go up.” David said,“ To which shall I go up?” And he said,“ To Hebron.”

Therefore David inquired of the Lord,“ Shall I go and attack these Philistines?” And the Lord said to David,“ Go and attack the Philistines and save Keilah.”

and Phinehas the son of Eleazar, son of Aaron, ministered before it in those days), saying,“ Shall we go out once more to battle against our brothers, the people of Benjamin, or shall we cease?” And the Lord said,“ Go up, for tomorrow I will give them into your hand.”

In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make straight your paths.

And when he had come to the king, the king said to him,“ Micaiah, shall we go to Ramoth-gilead to battle, or shall we refrain?” And he answered him,“ Go up and triumph; the Lord will give it into the hand of the king.”But the king said to him,“ How many times shall I make you swear that you speak to me nothing but the truth in the name of the Lord?”And he said,“ I saw all Israel scattered on the mountains, as sheep that have no shepherd. And the Lord said,‘ These have no master; let each return to his home in peace.’”And the king of Israel said to Jehoshaphat,“ Did I not tell you that he would not prophesy good concerning me, but evil?”And Micaiah said,“ Therefore hear the word of the Lord: I saw the Lord sitting on his throne, and all the host of heaven standing beside him on his right hand and on his left;and the Lord said,‘ Who will entice Ahab, that he may go up and fall at Ramoth-gilead?’ And one said one thing, and another said another.Then a spirit came forward and stood before the Lord, saying,‘ I will entice him.’And the Lord said to him,‘ By what means?’ And he said,‘ I will go out, and will be a lying spirit in the mouth of all his prophets.’ And he said,‘ You are to entice him, and you shall succeed; go out and do so.’Now therefore behold, the Lord has put a lying spirit in the mouth of all these your prophets; the Lord has declared disaster for you.”

Then David inquired of the Lord again. And the Lord answered him,“ Arise, go down to Keilah, for I will give the Philistines into your hand.”

Instead you ought to say,“ If the Lord wills, we will live and do this or that.”

And David said to Abiathar the priest, the son of Ahimelech,“ Bring me the ephod.” So Abiathar brought the ephod to David.And David inquired of the Lord,“ Shall I pursue after this band? Shall I overtake them?” He answered him,“ Pursue, for you shall surely overtake and shall surely rescue.”

And when Saul inquired of the Lord, the Lord did not answer him, either by dreams, or by Urim, or by prophets.

And when David inquired of the Lord, he said,“ You shall not go up; go around to their rear, and come against them opposite the balsam trees.

Then the king of Israel gathered the prophets together, about four hundred men, and said to them,“ Shall I go to battle against Ramoth-gilead, or shall I refrain?” And they said,“ Go up, for the Lord will give it into the hand of the king.”
